As a former lawyer and counselor for Trump, Habba appears to have embraced a trend seen among those in the former president’s circle. This shift hasn’t gone unnoticed by social media users, who are speculating about potential cosmetic enhancements, particularly focusing on her lips.

A quick glance at her Instagram reveals a significant change in her appearance over the years. In a photo from February 2023, her smile appears quite different, marked by a noticeably thinner upper lip. Fast forward to March 2025, and there’s a striking contrast. Many online commentators have suggested that Habba may have opted for lip fillers, with some expressing concern over the apparent lack of restraint. “What’s happening with her lips? They just seem to keep growing,” one user on the platform X remarked.
The online buzz has been supported by professional opinions. Dr. Michael Niccole, a renowned plastic surgeon, shared insights with Nicki Swift, suggesting that Habba might have had fat injections to her lips, appreciated for their durability and natural integration into the body. Despite these enhancements, opinions remain divided on whether they enhance her beauty.
Alina Habba has consistently drawn attention for her natural attractiveness since entering Trump’s sphere. Even Trump himself commented on her looks in 2023, albeit in his characteristically indirect manner. “She’s a beautiful woman, but I don’t focus on that because I don’t talk about beauty,” he said, according to HuffPost. “I might see the most beautiful woman in the world, and it doesn’t make an impression on me. But she’s beautiful. And she’s a great lawyer.”

Habba has always been aware that her physical attributes were an asset in her legal and political aspirations. She even admitted she would rather be pretty than smart if she had to choose one. “I can fake being smart,” she said on the “PBD Podcast” in January 2024. She was also honest about the opportunities she had been given because of her looks. “It doesn’t hurt to be good-looking in this world, in the PR world, on TV,” she said.
While many people find Habba beautiful, others believe that her beauty has been negatively impacted by the perceived cosmetic procedures. “All I see is what was a very attractive woman who was led to believe plastic surgery would make her beautiful. It’s so sad to see the results of poor self esteem given by disgusting old men,” a Reddit user wrote. Habba does seem to be taking the Mar-a-Lago face trend a bit too far.
