According to an ABC press release, American Idol season 24 Hawaii Week Part 2 will welcome two guest performers to the stage. They are Skip Marley and Keke Palmer. Skip is a Grammy-nominated artist who’s the grandson of reggae singers Bob Marley and Rita Marley. His mother is singer Cedella Marley Minto, who was a member of the group Ziggy Marley and the Melody Makers, with her siblings.
Keke is an actress, singer, and television host, who’s won two Primetime Emmy Awards and was included on Time’s list of its 100 most influential people in the world in 2019. Along with Brad Paisley, Keke mentored the Top 20 contestants during their time in Hawaii, and also served as a guest judge alongside Lionel, Carrie, and Luke.
