Many fans were relieved to learn that Andy Cohen’s contract with Bravo has been extended until 2027, quelling rumors about his possible departure from hosting duties on Watch What Happens Live and from his role at the network. This extension follows his celebration of a decade-long partnership with SiriusXM in October 2025, where he also renewed his contract for another three years just a month earlier.
During an engaging session on Alex Cooper’s Call Her Daddy podcast in October 2025, Andy was probed about various aspects of his career and the Bravo universe. When asked to name the “thirstiest celebrity,” Andy candidly replied, “I’m gonna say, and I mean this with total love, and I love her, Britani on Salt Lake City.”
The conversation then shifted to the relationships showcased on Real Housewives, particularly focusing on which couples might be on the brink of divorce. Andy confessed, “Well, I mean, I have no idea, but I’m still getting over Kyle and Mauricio. I’m still getting over Rachel and Rod.”
He was then asked which couple from Real Housewives is headed for divorce. He began, “Well, I mean, I have no idea, but I’m still getting over Kyle and Mauricio. I’m still getting over Rachel and Rod.”
Alex continued this line of rapid-fire questions and asked who he believes would be a worthy replacement for him after he retires. Andy said, “I don’t really love talking about my retirement, thank you very much.”
He continued, “I’m like on fire if you haven’t noticed.” Andy then said, “There’s two people that I always kind of thought: Jerry O’Connell, who I love, and Jeff Lewis, who I think is great, but I’m not going anywhere.”
Another interesting part of the interview occurred when Alex asked Andy about the still-unaired season of the Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip. Specifically, she inquired about the incident involving Caroline Manzo and Brandi Glanville. For context, Caroline has a lawsuit against the network in which she claims Brandi sexually assaulted her. Brandi and other cast members have denied that this is the case.
Andy answered the question the best he could, saying, “If it were up to me, you’d be seeing the entire thing. I’d like nothing more than for everyone to see that. There are situations where it’s in the network’s hands and not mine.”
Regarding the season, there are reports that the episodes are fully edited and could see the light of day once the legal situation has concluded.
During the interview, Alex also asked Andy if he believed Wendy staged her home invasion. He responded with grace, saying, “I’m really, very strongly hoping that this doesn’t turn out to be anything.”
