Andy Cohen has observed a striking resemblance between Jill Zarin’s racially insensitive comments about Bad Bunny’s Super Bowl Halftime performance and Jennifer Aydin’s outburst in 2025 involving an elderly worker and a customer at Jersey Mike’s.

Reflecting on Jill’s recent dismissal from E!’s The Golden Life—a show intended to reunite her with other former Real Housewives of New York City stars in Palm Beach—Andy, now 57, noted that both Jill, 62, and the ex-Real Housewives of New Jersey personality committed missteps that were easily preventable.
“It was an unintentional foul. Is that the expression… [an] unforced error?” Andy pondered on his SiriusXM show, Andy Cohen Live.
Previously, on his radio program, after Jill criticized the Halftime show for lacking “white people” and referred to Bad Bunny’s performance as an “ICE thing,” Andy prompted his audience to “call E!,” a suggestion they evidently acted upon.
On a past episode of his radio show, after Jill complained that there were “no white people” in the Halftime show and shaded Bad Bunny’s performance as an “ICE thing,” Andy encouraged his listeners to “call E!,” which they seem to have done.
Days later, after E!’s production company confirmed they would no longer be working with Jill, Andy likened her disturbing rant to the moment in which Jennifer, 48, lashed out at a “slow” employee at Jersey Mike’s and told a customer who criticized her that she was a “f*cking celebrity” and could “buy [him] 10 times over.”
“As one of the Jersey housewives pointed out, not since Jennifer Aydin at Jersey Mike’s, when she picked up the phone to start [recording],” Andy stated as his co-host pointed out that both Jill and Jennifer “didn’t have to weigh in.”
“Right,” Andy agreed.

Following her firing, Jill released a statement to In Touch Weekly, which read, “They didn’t even give me a chance … I took [the video] down right away. People make mistakes. I’m human.”
The Golden Life is expected to begin filming soon with Ramona Singer, 69, Dorinda Medley, 60, Sonja Morgan, 62, Luann de Lesseps, 60, and Kelly Bensimon, 57.
