Andy Cohen is being targeted with new rumors suggesting he may be stepping down at Bravo amid legal turmoil facing the Bravo network.

Following a series of allegations made by Brandi Glanville, 52, and Leah McSweeney, 42, an announcement is allegedly expected to be made in April, which Heather McDonald, 54, and podcaster Zack Peter discussed on a recent episode of her podcast, speculating that Andy, 56, could be pulling back on his responsibilities at the network, and mentioning the possibility of Watch What Happens Live being canceled.

“I heard a rumor, not a lot of details to this rumor, that come April, there’s gonna be some announcement that Andy will be stepping down,” Heather revealed on the March 11 episode of Juicy Scoop. “I don’t know if that means immediately in April or like in the next year, there’ll be a transition and we’re just letting you people know. I don’t know if that means he’ll only do the reunion but not Watch What Happens Live. Or if it’ll just mean, ‘I’m just doing the radio show, and I’m leaving all this behind, and I’m gonna do a talk show in the morning.’”

According to Heather, she doesn’t think Andy should walk away from WWHL nor does she think Bravo should let him go.

“Nobody wants him replaced. Nobody wants to see some young buck, girl or guy, replace him on Watch What Happens Live,” she stated.

As for the possibility of Andy wanting to spend more time with his children, son Ben, 6, and daughter Lucy, 2, Heather pointed out that hosting a show like WWHL is “not a hard job.”

“You could tape it earlier in the day, and you could tape four shows in two days. You could do all that, and then you could change the times if you want,” she suggested.

Heather went on to say that it was possible that Andy and the powers that be agreed for him to step down to satisfy a “disgruntled somebody that has been shushed in return of him leaving.”

As for Zack, he confirmed he “heard the same rumor.”

“My understanding was the announcement is coming in April, but we don’t know what, and all I got was he’s stepping down, but I didn’t get follow-up details as to what stepping down meant,” he shared. “Maybe it’s gonna be like this is the final season of Watch What Happens Live … [or] maybe they’re gonna move Watch What Happens Live to Peacock and try to reinvent it.”
