A filming notice at Ariana Madix’s Something About Her sandwich shop sparked speculation that she and co-owner Katie Maloney will get a Vanderpump Rules spinoff after their firing from the show, and fans reacted.

Last month, Bravo announced they were ditching last season’s cast and will replace them with new stars. Rumors then circulated that the fired co-stars are competing for a spinoff. Ann Maddox, the ex-assistant of Ariana’s ex-boyfriend Tom Sandoval, now works at the shop, though she recently shared they cut back her hours.

Fan account @neverbenfiner on TikTok posted a filming notice at the address of Ariana’s sandwich shop, which was written by Still Films Inc.

“Notification of filming,” read the notice taped on a building near Sur. “We are proposing to film scenes at [Something About Her] on Tuesday, January 14, 2025 between 7AM and 10PM for our project.”

The sandwich shop’s address was then listed.

“ACTIVITY: interior dialogue inside location; camera on sticks/dolly and also handheld,” the notice continued. Filming will also include the exterior walk-up, b-roll at the front of the shop, and footage from “across the street on sidewalk only.”

The fan account who shared the post expressed, “That means Katie and Ariana are up to something, even though it won’t be Vanderpump Rules. Let’s see.”

Fans also reacted in the comments.

“THIS BETTER BE THEIR SPIN OFF🙏🏼,” wrote one user.

“Unmmmm a show called ‘Something about her’ featuring Ariana, Katie and Ann,” speculated another.

“I’ll watch!” gushed another.

Others, however, were less excited about the idea.

“Thanks for the heads up so I know to skip it,” wrote one critic. “YAWN.”

“Oh God, no! Please stop subjecting us to these two,” said another. “We don’t care! Move on!”

“Hard pass,” expressed a different fan.

“No thanks. Don’t need to see the two most miserable women bullying more people,” wrote a third.

“There’s really Nothing About Her I want to see,” said another.

One criticism last season was that Katie and her friends were too mean to Tom Schwartz’s friend Jo Wenberg. At one point Scheana Shay made fun of her hairstyle, and Katie called her a ‘rat girl.’
