Ariana Madix shared where she stands with her former co-stars, and she addressed Scheana Shay’s upcoming memoir, which allegedly spills tea about Lisa Vanderpump. Ariana also seemingly shaded Vanderpump Rules, suggesting she’d “never” do it again.

Last year, Bravo confirmed that the entire cast of Pump Rules was getting replaced with new stars. Ariana seemed unbothered as she’d already secured her spot as host of Love Island USA. Lately, she appears not to be on great terms with many of her ex-costars.

In an interview for Bustle, Ariana was asked what she misses about Pump Rules.

“Sometimes our crew was the same people we would work with year in and year out. I see some of them sometimes, but it’s not like how it was,” she said. “It’s nice to know that some of them aren’t on the show anymore, so now we can really talk.”

As for who she still keeps in touch with, Ariana answered, “Katie and I talk every day. Not only is she a really great friend of mine, but we’re in business together. Scheana and I will say hi every now and again. It’s about to be her birthday, so we’ll check in. I don’t know if you would count Dayna [Kathan] as cast, but she’s also one of my best friends.”

They also discussed Scheana’s upcoming memoir — and if Ariana would consider writing her own.

“I would consider it,” she said, “but I don’t know what the angle would be. I know that it’s hard to write a memoir, so congratulations to her for sure.”

When asked how her sandwich shop is doing, Ariana expressed, “It’s great. The best part of our business is Katie and my [dynamic]. Even though we are a small business and we don’t have a huge space or a ton of employees, it can still be really challenging at times. Getting to do it with Katie, our rapport together is really, really good. Of course, it’s not an easy thing to do, so please come to the shop.”

Would she ever be open to filming her life for another reality show?

“It would have to be the right show, the right team, the right tone,” she said. “I would never want to do anything that ever resembles something like a Vanderpump Rules ever again.”
