Dr. Paul Nassif’s of Botched fame is now a father-of-five after welcoming a son with wife Brittany Pattakos this week. 

On Sunday the 62-year-old surgeon and his 34-year-old spouse took to Instagram to announce the birth of their second child.

In a joint post, the doctor wrote, ‘I’m so happy to announce Paul Michael Nassif Jr. was born 9 lbs. 10 oz. on January 9th, 2025 at 12:59 AM.’

He added in the caption to his 1.3 million followers, ‘Mother and son are safe and sound; our hearts have never been fuller. Our family is complete and we’re so excited to begin this new chapter together.’

Expressing gratitude, he finished the note, ‘Thank you for all of the love, prayers and well wishes. We’ll keep you all posted!’

Dr. Nassif and Pattakos are also dad and mom to four-year-old daughter Paulina. And the E! reality star shares Gavin, 22, and twins Christian and Colin, 19, with ex-wife Adrienne Maloof.

The new mom posted a close-up of her little boy’s tiny hand wrapped in hers and wrote, ‘My sweet baby boy. Happy Birthday. Mommy loves you!’

Brittany also used her Instagram Stories to interact with her 144,000 fans on the app.

The new mom posted a close-up of her little boy’s tiny hand wrapped in hers and wrote, ‘My sweet baby boy. Happy Birthday. Mommy loves you!’ 

The couple announced online in July 2024 that they were expecting a little boy in the coming months.

‘SURPRISE! We’re having a… BOY!!!!’ Nassif gushed to his followers at the time. ‘We can’t wait to meet you & we love you so much already, Baby Nassif!’

At the same time, Brittany posted a sonogram to social media and revealed her January due date.

Two months ago the now-mother-of-two enjoyed the company of loved ones at a baby shower celebration on a waterfront.

For the milestone she occasion wore a clinging blue gown with long, pleated sleeves that hugged her baby bump.

‘My beautiful winter wonderland baby shower in California! Thank you for all my wonderful friends and family who took the time to come celebrate me today! It meant so much to me! Love you all!’ she wrote in a November 2 Instagram post.

This past November they celebrated the seven-year anniversary of their first date.

Brittany gushed in an Instagram caption, ‘Today marks 7 years since my baby and I started dating! Wow how time flies! 

‘I am so thankful for you every day and my soon to be two beautiful babies and my three amazing step boys!’

Sharing a selection of loved-up photos, she finished the message: ‘I love you so much!’
