It seems that tension may still linger between Bill Belichick’s daughter-in-law, Jennifer Schmitt, and his girlfriend, Jordon Hudson. This speculation arises from their behavior at the North Carolina Tar Heels game in Chapel Hill this past Saturday, where they appeared to maintain a noticeable distance from each other, avoiding any interactions in public view.

During the game, Hudson opted for a striking outfit, pairing a white tank top with a blue reptile mini skirt and complementing the look with white knee-high boots. Her demeanor was stern, as she stood with crossed arms while watching the game from the suite.

On the other hand, Schmitt chose a casual yet chic ensemble, donning a white long-sleeve crop top and blue high-waisted shorts, also completing her look with white knee-high boots. She seemed fully engaged in the excitement of the game, energetically cheering for the team with a drink in hand.

The Tar Heels, under the guidance of Belichick, managed to secure a victory against the Stanford Cardinals, with a final score of 20 to 15. Despite the win, the atmosphere between Schmitt and Hudson seemed to capture as much attention as the game itself.

UNC, coached by Belichick, ended up beating the Stanford Cardinals 20 to 15.

Their seemingly frosty rapport comes on the heels of Schmitt criticizing Hudson for awkwardly interrupting Belichick’s now infamous appearance on “CBS Sunday Mornings” in April.

Hudson, 24, was slammed for interrupting the interview when the former Patriots coach, 73, was asked how he met his much younger girlfriend.

Ex-New England Patriots players Julian Edelman and Rob Gronkowski later commented on the incident on the “Dudes on Dudes” podcast, alleging Hudson was “working with Belichick in the professional world” as his publicist.

Comedian Nikki Glaser agreed with the former athletes’ remarks in a comment under a clip from the show that was shared to Instagram.

“100% this. She’s acting as his publicist. Publicists do this during interviews. People are out for blood,” Glaser wrote.

Schmitt, who is married to Belichick’s son Stephen, then jumped in and slammed Hudson.

“Publicists act in a professional manner and don’t ‘storm’ off set delaying an interview,” she wrote.

Belichick later fiercely defended his girlfriend’s actions.

“It presents selectively edited clips and stills from just a few minutes of the interview to suggest a false narrative — that Jordon was attempting to control the conversation — which is simply not true,” he said in part of the interview that aired.

Hudson made fun of the viral moment for Halloween by wearing the exact outfit that she wore during the interview.

The former cheerleader shared a mirror selfie of herself in the same gray collegiate style Navy sweatshirt — complete with red lipstick and sunglasses perched atop her head — that she wore back in April when she interrupted her boyfriend’s “CBS Sunday Morning” interview.

Hudson even gave the same steely expression she gave journalist Tony Dokoupil while shutting down the reporter’s question about how she met Belichick.

“The costume I never seem to be able to take off,” she captioned the pic.

Hudson has been a steady presence at the University of North Carolina football games this season since Belichick took over as head coach.
