BBC presenter Emma Louise Jones revealed she experienced an embarrasing wardrobe malfunction while putting on a busty display at the York races. The 35-year-old was a vision as she became the center of attention in a stunningly long polka dot dress with a plunging neckline and white pointed heels. Moments before taking to the race, Emma gave her Instagram followers a peek at her outfit, as she debated whether or not to wear a matching race day hat.
The presenter was at home when she admitted, “I’m not normally a hat girl, I don’t normally wear them, I don’t feel that confident in them; however, this one matches my outfit.” She then gave fans an endearing twirl where she showed off her flowy dress and squealed: “I love it,” as she asked her Instagram followers: “Hat or no hat? What do we reckon?”
However, it wasn’t until Emma got the races when she experienced the huge blunder. Issuing a major update, the broadcaster revealed that she finally opted to wear the hat but it was also clear that the Yorkshire weather was unexpectedly windy as she layered up with a black cardigan.
It quickly became clear that Emma regretted her decision to wear the hat when it was blown away by the wind, as she informed fans: “I’ve been here two minutes… and the hat’s blown off!”
The TV star shared clips of this moment and captured the lighthearted battle with the wind, with photos of her chasing the hat briefly before settling into her presenting role without it.
As she shared a look at her outfit, fans were enamoured by her dress and rushed to the comments with compliments, as one said: “Our Yorkshire Queen, you look Gorgeous Emma.”
Another praised: “Going shopping for that dress once I have finished work!” As a third echoed: “Looking fabulous Emma. Hope the weather stays kind for you.” A fourth commented: “Looking so gorgeousssss Emma.” (sic)
