Ex-spouses Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner won’t be rekindling their romance amid his divorce from Jennifer Lopez, a source exclusively tells In Touch.

“They’re not getting back together,” the insider says. “Jen laughs off those rumors, even though that’s the Hollywood ending everyone hopes for.”

While Ben, 52, is a bachelor again after separating from J. Lo, 55, in April, Jen, 52, has been in an off-on relationship with businessman John Miller since 2018.

“Jen is still dating John and Ben is very supportive of that,” the source continues. “Ben’s single and just taking life one day at a time. They’re far from perfect, but Jen and Ben are a great example of how coparenting should work.”

Ben and Jen were married from 2005 to 2018 and welcomed three kids together — Violet, Fin and Samuel. The family spent Christmas together amid Ben’s divorce, a source told People on December 30, 2024.

“Jen and Ben were all together for Christmas,” the insider told the outlet. “It’s all for the kids. Jen grew up surrounded by her family for the holidays, and she wants the same for her kids.”

Christmas wasn’t the only holiday the former couple spent together, though, as Ben and Jen also reunited for Thanksgiving. The exes helped pass out food to the unhoused community in L.A. with the Midnight Mission organization on November 28, 2024.

“Today, we were honored to have Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner join us at The Midnight Mission for Thanksgiving!” the group shared on their Instagram account. “Their kindness, warmth, and dedication brought so much joy to our Skid Row community.”

Jen and Ben have been seen together plenty of times since he split from J. Lo, and an insider exclusively told In Touch in early December 2024 that the 13 Going on 30 star was a source of comfort for her ex.

“Ben leans on her for everything, he’s got his own place but he’s still at her house all the time for family dinners and she never fails to send him home with a care package of food,” the source said. “She’s very concerned about his health, to the point where she reminds him when he needs to see the doctor and the dentist and even sends him vitamins to take because she’s convinced he doesn’t get enough healthy food when she’s not cooking for him.”

The source added that Ben “loves being looked after by her. He goes to her whenever he has a big career or life decision to make for her advice.”

In Touch first reported on May 15, 2024, that Ben and J. Lo were “headed for a divorce” after two years of marriage.

“The writing is on the wall – it’s over,” an insider exclusively told In Touch, revealing that Ben had already moved out of their shared Beverly Hills home. “For once, [Ben’s] not to blame!”

J. Lo later filed for divorce on August 20, 2024, In Touch confirmed at the time. She listed their date of separation as April 26, 2024.
