When Kathy Hilton joined her sister Kyle Richards on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, fans were excited about their renewed relationship after the end of their years-long feud.

However, the sisterly bond was challenged in the current season when castmate Lisa Rinna accused Kathy of threatening Kyle in an Aspen meltdown. After the allegations were exposed, many fans blamed Kyle for not nipping Lisa’s story in the bud.

On TikTok, Kyle’s friend Bethenny Frankel released a video about the conflict, and she seemed to throw shade at Lisa’s involvement.

“Kathy and Kyle are sisters. And they will be sisters and friends again,” said Bethenny in the video, which was shared by @smeisthebest on Twitter. “Getting in between them is a fool’s errand.”

She then declared, “That is where the messenger will get shot.”

“Whether it’s a scripted show, a reality show, a real estate deal, they are family and the only error that they have made is being on a reality television show together,” said the star, who was previously a castmate on Real Housewives of New York.

“Particularly [a reality show] where they don’t control anything about that said show,” Bethenny continued. “If you are on The Kardashians, the Kardashians control the story that is being told to us. They know the pie that is coming out of that oven. They could put some cinnamon and spice on it to make it seem like it’s really dramatic, but they know the pie that’s coming out.”

The alum added, “Kathy and Kyle, contrary to reports, have no control over what comes out on that show, and therein lies the problem.”

She ended the post, “Anybody who goes on a reality show where someone is always winning and someone is always losing, it just doesn’t seem like a recipe for success to join your family in that endeavor.”

Will the sisters recover? Although many are hopeful, one can’t deny that the previous feud lasted almost a decade. If history repeats itself, Kathy and Kyle will surely reconcile by 2032.
