Blac Chyna is candid about her experiences with cosmetic procedures and isn’t shy about sharing her journey.
“I had all those booty shots removed, and all the silicone is gone; I have never had a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL),” the 38-year-old disclosed on Instagram on Saturday, June 27, as she opened up about her aesthetic enhancements. “I carried no body fat for a BBL. It’s just the truth, no disrespect.”
Continuing her account, she said, “My first breast implants were 300 cc. I upgraded from 300 to 700 cc, then down to 500, 300, and now I’m at 100 cc. I believe it’s around 120 cc now, considering I was naturally flat-chested. Once they’re stretched out, they need something to fill the space so it’s not just hollow inside.”
Chyna further mentioned that she has “removed all fillers from my cheeks, along with fillers in my chin and jawline.”
“Anything else?” she pondered aloud, ticking off her cosmetic changes mentally. “I don’t use Botox, so from now on, if I’m upset with you, you’ll be able to tell. That’s really it!”
Chyna previously opened up about going under the knife back in 2023 while chatting with Tamron Hall. “I’m done with it y’all. No more,” she said at the time, noting that she originally got work done because of “insecurities.”

“Honestly, what was kind of in at that moment,” Chyna explained. “Being in the industry, you want to have this image of yourself to look perfect,” she shared. “And there’s no such thing as that. There’s no such thing.”
Chyna continued, “I was an exotic dancer for six years, from the ages of 18 to 24 years old. And being inside the strip club or the gentleman’s club … I’m looking at the [other] women, I’m looking at myself like, ‘OK, that’s not it. This is not gonna make the money. This is not gonna do it.’ So I felt the pressures of trying to hurry up and build my body when I should’ve just waited until I was older.”
Chyna noted that her body was still not fully “developed” at the time, but she wasn’t “thinking about that.”
“Nobody was telling me, you know, right from wrong. It was the golden ticket. I was not worried about [the health risks] at all,” she said.
