RHOA Star Brit Eady Sues Bravo for $20 Million, Accuses Network of Defamation and Sexual Harassment

Brittany “Brit” Eady has filed a lawsuit against Bravo, its parent company, NBCUniversal, and its production companies, Endemol Shine North America and Truly Original, accusing the organizations of sexual harassment, defamation, and causing her emotional distress, among other allegations.

After denying she was featured in the NSFW images that Kenya Moore, 54, handed out at the opening of her salon, Kenya Moore Hair Spa, in June 2024 and skipping Thursday’s taping of The Real Housewives of Atlanta reunion, the 37-year-old sued the aformentioned parties, demanding at least $20 million in damages and the immediate removal of the April episode in which the incident was featured.

In the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ on June 6, Brit stated that Bravo “falsely yet unmistakably implied” it was her in the b***-job pic shared at Kenya’s event.

As RHOA fans will recall, Brit wasn’t present at the time the posters were handed out, and Kenya, who was seemingly attempting to get revenge for Brit’s alleged gun threat, was later suspended from filming, never to return.

According to Brit’s court documents, Bravo knowingly “contributed to a hostile work environment” and sexually harassed her by setting her up for “unwelcome, offensive, and sexualized behavior and comments” by forcing her to film for the show, even after she was the victim of what she referred to as a “gendered attack.”

Brit’s lawsuit comes on the heels of her statement on Thursday regarding her decision against attending the reunion.

“As everyone is now aware, I’m not attending the reunion. This was my decision. The events of this season have devastated me, and while I cannot say much right now, I do want to set the record straight about one thing: the graphic sexual photo surrounding the events in [episode five] … That photo was not me,” she explained in a post shared to her Instagram Story. “As the episode makes clear, I did not see the photo at the time. Rather, I was made aware of the photo being presented at the event, and based on what I was told, assumed that it was somehow a photo of me- which is why I reacted in the way that I did.”

“I do not know who was in that photo, but upon seeing it for the first time recently, I now know it was not me,” she added.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta season 16 airs Sundays at 8/7c on Bravo.
