Britani Bateman clapped back after Bronwyn Newport suggested she was never on Broadway.

The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star, who played Ellen on a national tour of Miss Saigon and starred in Disney theme park productions in Orlando and Tokyo, said Bronwyn “lead[s] with lies” and spends her “sugar daddy’s money.” Around the same time, Britani also addressed why her relationship with Jared Osmond initially didn’t work out.

In a recent episode, Britani broke up with Jared after a castmate claimed he was communicating with another woman. Britani then talked negatively about him in group scenes, and Jared seemingly shaded her after the split. But a few weeks ago, the star revealed they reconciled, and the couple went Instagram official.

In an interview for Broadway World, Britani was asked about Bronwyn’s suggestion that she wasn’t on Broadway.

“I think Bronwyn wishes that I hadn’t done Broadway because that lends herself more credibility,” said Britani. “She has a tendency to just lead with lies and say whatever anyone wants to hear who’s in front of her.”

“[Bronwyn] claims now that she contributes to Broadway shows as a producer,” she went on. “I think that she wishes she had my talent because anyone can spend their sugar daddy’s money on a Broadway show. What she can’t do is do what I do and be on stage.”

She then teased the reunion.

“I think you’re gonna see a lot more confident Britani. Someone that knows all the ladies now and has a lot less social anxiety amongst the friend group,” she said. “You’re gonna see someone who’s more confident in her own skin and says what’s on her mind with more confidence and stands more comfortably in her own truth.”

On Instagram, Britani recently addressed why she and Jared didn’t make it at first.

“We have both said and done things that we’re not proud of,” said Britani, via @therealhousewiveszone on Instagram. “I regret disparaging him at all on the show. I’m really hopeful that we will never break up again and we will always treat each other with love and respect in private and in public.”

Britani claimed that she and Jared “have finally figured it out.”
