Brittany Cartwright shared a new photo of herself and her mystery man over the weekend after sparking rumors of a romance days prior.

After the 36-year-old The Valley cast member posted an image of herself at the gym with an unidentified male but failed to include his face, Brittany, who recently confirmed a “crush” on Lala Kent‘s podcast, posted a second pic of her and the same man from the same day, again keeping his identity a secret from her fans and followers.

In the photo, which Brittany shared on her Instagram Story, she and her potential new boyfriend were seen posing for a mirror selfie, with the man standing strategically behind Brittany as he showed off his muscles.

On the May 21 episode of Give Them Lala, via Vanderpod Recaps on Instagram, Brittany was asked for her thoughts on dating, and she admitted that she doesn’t “really like being single.”

“I think I get, like, lonely. But then again, I do have a lot of things I need to work on still, and I need to heal from things,” she explained, giving a nod to her messy split from Jax Taylor, 45.

Then, after noting that what’s been seen on recent episodes of The Valley was filmed last summer, Brittany revealed that she’s had a lot of personal growth and confirmed that she has a crush.

“I’m having fun. I have a crush. Nothing serious, but yeah, we’ll see where it goes,” she teased. “I just want somebody that, like, makes me laugh, is a good time, respects me, is nice to me, like actually treats me like I’m supposed to be treated. And, you know, obviously loves my family, loves my son eventually … That’s nothing that’s going to happen from the start. Like, it will take me a long time to ever have anybody around Cruz. But whoever eventually is in my life will have to be, like, in love with him.”

According to Brittany, she won’t be taking her four-year-old son, Cruz, who she shares with Jax, around any men anytime soon, not only due to the emotional impact it would have, but also because she isn’t legally allowed to do so.

“I put it in my divorce papers, that Jax can’t have a female or somebody that they’re dating, and I can’t have somebody that I’m dating around Cruz unless it’s been over six months and we talk to each other about it,” she revealed. “I just wanted to make sure that that was something very safe. Like, Cruz doesn’t deserve to have people in and out of his life like that. So I wanted to make sure that that was very clear.”

As for her and Jax’s divorce, Brittany said it could be finalized “any day” now.

“My divorce will be final any day, hopefully … Fingers crossed,” she concluded.
