Brittany Snow Addresses Plastic Surgery Rumors and What She’s Really Had Done

Brittany Snow recently chose to clear up any rumors about her cosmetic enhancements. The 39-year-old actress took to Instagram on Friday, December 12, to address claims made by Molly Bailey, a cosmetic injector, who had shared images of Snow and speculated that she had undergone Botox treatments over the years.

Snow responded directly to these assumptions, stating, “I’ve never had any surgery. Not one. No nose job—despite being told I needed one—no eyelids, no facelift. Nothing.” She went on to clarify, “I lost baby weight in my face, and had minimal Botox and lasers. Just for the record. ❤️”

Bailey responded to Snow’s candidness with gratitude, commenting, “You look stunning! Thanks for the transparency ❤.” This exchange highlights the rarity of such openness, as many celebrities often go to great lengths to keep any cosmetic procedures under wraps. However, Snow joins a growing list of stars like Ronnie Ortiz-Magro and Courteney Cox, who have chosen to be upfront about their experiences, whether they involve surgical enhancements or not.

“You look stunning! Thanks for the transparency ❤,” the injector wrote.

Ariana Grande and More Stars Who Opened Up About Plastic Surgery

In the post, Snow was featured alongside Anne Hathaway, Scarlett Johansson, Dakota Johnson and Jennifer Lawrence with side-by-side photos of themselves.

“We’re not anti-aging, we’re pro Botox. ‘Natural’ doesn’t mean nothing done, it means done well,” Bailey captioned the post. “We’re not against aging, we’re for treatments that help us age well. Strategic dosing. Thoughtful placement. Balanced results. This is a shout-out to my current cosmetic muses, where injectables have preserved their healthy skin and enhanced their features. Timeless and priceless.”

Snow previously opened up about her view on body image during a November cover story with Self.

“All I wanted was someone to tell me what they were doing so that I could do it too,” she shared. The Hunting Wives star added, “I had so much disdain for my body and I couldn’t see myself as a functional, beautiful being. I only saw the things that were wrong with me.”

That same month, Snow recalled being put on a diet while filming John Tucker Must Die in 2006.

“I remember there being a lot of wardrobe fittings about my underwear scene, and they were very stressed about how I was going to look in that underwear,” she told Bustle, noting she wore a red lace bra and low-waisted boy shorts.

She added, “I felt a lot of pressure. I had just gone through my own mental health stuff right before, and so I was not in a very good place to be scrutinized in that way.” Snow shared that she was “put on a diet” and “had to go to the gym every morning before work.”

Sydney Sweeney Addresses Claims She's Had Cosmetic Surgery: 'Everybody on Social Media Is Insane'

Sydney Sweeney is ready to address speculation she’s had cosmetic surgery. “Let’s debunk them all. I mean, I have never gotten work done,” Sweeney, 28, said in a joint interview with The Housemaid costar Amanda Seyfried for Allure. “I am so scared of needles, you have no idea.” Seyfried argued that cosmetic procedures can be […]

“But I remember feeling very safe with Betty Thomas, who was our director. It’s just very indicative of the time, that [the kiss] was sort of supposed to be funny and weird and shocking, and that’s unfortunate because it means so much else to so many other people,” she continued.

She then compared her lingerie scene to filming nude moments with Malin Åkerman in The Hunting Wives, gushing about feeling “vulnerable” but safe with the actress.

“I’m just so proud of myself because I’m not only being held up, I’m completely, completely naked,” she said. “Everything was so different on Hunting Wives because we were doing it from an all-women perspective in terms of the showrunner, the creator, the camera operator, the intimacy coordinator. It sort of hurt my feelings when people were saying that we did Hunting Wives with a male gaze because I wanted to say there weren’t even any men on the set. All the directors that we had were women and that made us feel really safe and held.”
