Cardi B recently shared some personal insights regarding her cosmetic enhancements.
At the age of 33, Cardi opened up about her body while behind the scenes during her Little Miss Drama Tour in Inglewood, California, on Monday, February 16.
In a video posted by radio personality Big Boy on Instagram, singer Kehlani was seen passing Cardi and exclaiming, “You have so much ass! That was the most ass I’ve ever seen!”
Cardi responded, “After this tour, I’m taking some out.” She further explained, “Once this tour wraps up, I plan to take a break for three months. I’m heading to Colombia, and during that time, I don’t want anyone contacting me or anything. I’m getting this ass reduced.”
Cardi B is known for dismissing unsolicited opinions about her body, often with a sharp retort. After performing at Drai’s Nightclub in Las Vegas on Saturday, May 25, dressed in a tight leopard-print bodysuit, the 31-year-old rapper later shared a video of herself indulging in food, delivering a light-hearted message to her critics.
“@iamcardib told @kehlani she’s getting her booty done after tour‼️🤯😆,” Big Boy captioned the post. Kehlani, 30, and more fans laughed at Cardi’s cheeky remark in the comments section.
“LMAOOOOOOOOO just f***ing wow 😍,” Kehlani wrote, while another added, “Cardi is the realest and that’s why we all love her 🤞🏾❤️💯.” A third commented, “And this is why we love her 😂 she’s just too real!”
Cardi has been candid about her butt injections through the years, which she got at age 21. In 2018, she revealed to GQ that she went to Queens to get the illegal silicone injections that can cause complications.

At age 21, Cardi got biopolymer injections in her butt. The silicone-based fillers are not approved by the FDA and can cause life-threatening complications, a procedure that cost her $800 and was performed in a basement in Queens, N.Y.

She shared that by the time she was going to get her injections touched up, the injector was arrested. “But by the time I was gonna go get it, the lady got locked up ’cause she’s supposedly killed somebody,” Cardi recalled. “Well, somebody died on her table.”
In August 2022, Cardi had “95 percent” of her implants removed. At the time, she opened up about the process during an Instagram Live.
“All I’m going to say is that if you’re young, if you’re 19, 20, 21, and sometimes you’re too skinny, and you be like ‘OMG I don’t have enough fat to put in my ass,’ so you result to ass shots, DON’T!” Cardi advised her fans.

She continued, “When it comes to BBLs, if y’all want advice from me, before you get your BBL done, you have to make sure your blood levels are all right. If a doctor says your blood levels are too low or you have diabetes or whatever, don’t do it.”
Two years later in September 2024, she again got candid about undergoing surgery to remove more of her butt injections.
“In January, right after I shot ‘Like What,’ I went and got surgery,” she shared via Instagram. “I got some more butt injections removed. Because, you know, it takes rounds to get your butt injections removed. I got some of my butt injections removed. And I also went to fix, like, you know, certain things [with] my fibrosis.”
