Jessica Alba’s estranged husband, Cash Warren, confirmed he’s dating model Hana Sun Doerr with a PDA-packed night out on the town.

In photos obtained by Page Six, the movie producer, 46, wrapped his arms around Doerr, 25, and kissed her on the cheek as the pair stepped out for a dinner at upscale E. Baldi in Beverly Hills Tuesday evening.

The dad of three rocked a pair of black pants and a matching T-shirt, while his much-younger date wore a white slip dress with a leather cropped jacket and matching black boots. The duo was also spotted laughing while holding hands as another couple walked behind them.

Warren’s outing with Doerr comes just weeks after he was spotted grabbing a late dinner with the model — who bears a striking resemblance to Alba — in Los Angeles on Aug. 7.

Doerr donned a black tank top and jeans paired with her leather jacket for the dinner, while Warren wore a white T-shirt and dark jeans.

Alba, 44, took to Instagram in January to announce that she and Warren’s marriage was coming to an end after nearly 17 years.

“I’ve been on a journey of self realization and transformation for years – both as an individual and in partnership with Cash,” the Honest Company founder wrote at the time. “I’m proud of how we’ve grown in our marriage over the last 20 years and it’s now time for us to embark on a new chapter of growth and evolution as individuals.”

She added, “We are moving forward with love, kindness and respect for each other and will forever be a family. Our children remain our highest priority and we request privacy at this time.”

Alba — who shares kids Honor, Haven, and Hayes with Warren — filed for divorce in February citing “irreconcilable differences.”

The “Dark Angel” actress was first spotted with Danny Ramirez — whose identity was unknown at the time — on a day date to London’s Regent’s Park in May, where an onlooker told the Sun they “rented out some deck chairs and they were sitting on them kissing.”

In July, after the “Honey” star was snapped returning from a getaway to Cancún, Mexico, her mystery man was revealed to be Ramirez, 32. They’ve since been seen packing on the PDA and enjoying date nights in Los Angeles.

Warren weighed in on his estranged wife’s romance with the “Captain America” actor last month, telling TMZ, “I’m happy for her” before denying he was dating anyone and quipping, “Let me know if you’ve got anybody.”
