Ramona Singer was called out on Instagram after sharing a very young-looking photo of herself with a couple of friends in Florida on Thursday.
After posing with a couple of men in Palm Beach, the 68-year-old Real Housewives of New York City alum received a bevy of comments, including comparisons to her daughter, Avery Singer, 30, and Chanel West Coast, 36, and accusations of potentially editing the image, which she responded to.
“Just another great night in Palm Beach,” Ramona wrote in the caption of her April 10 photo.
After the photo was shared, Deux Moi exclaimed, “RAMONA!!!!,” and mentioned her skincare lines, Tru Renewal and Ageless by Ramona, as another fan page asked, “Avery???”
Other commenters complained, “Come on!!!” as they said, “This makes you look younger than Avery.”
“Ramona you look like a newborn,” someone else stated.
After thanking someone who said, “Like a fine wine she just gets better with time,” Ramona reacted to a commenter who wrote, “I’m screaming with this edit Ramona.”
“Well I didn’t edit. I guess my gorgeous gay friends did lol,” she replied.
Others asked Ramona for her “filter routine.”
“Ramona what is this filter?! You look like [Chanel West Coast],” someone stated.
Still, Ramona denied that she did anything to the image.
“No filter embarrassed I don’t know how,” she insisted.
The editing claims against Ramona come just months after the RHONY alum was deemed “embarrassing” and “insufferable” for sharing a tone-deaf post bragging about her Florida home amid the Los Angeles wildfires, which took the homes of 10s of thousands of residents in California.
“A beautiful day to wake up to … unfortunately people in Cali have no idea what their day will bring,” Ramona wrote in the caption of a clip of her waterfront home shared in January.
“What a beautiful morning in Florida, what a way to wake up. Look at this view, mm, so happy,” she continued. “[It’s] bright and sunny. [I’m] gonna do some work, play some tennis. Beautiful day.”
Right away, as some wondered why people miss the original cast of RHONY, others noted that they were not surprised by Ramona’s insensitive post.
“Here’s the weird thing. I am in LA and going through it so I should be the most offended. But it’s Ramona. So I’m not. It’s just who Ramona is lol,” one person shared.
