Following their decision to end their six-year marriage nearly half a year ago, Aaron revealed to the court that he is burdened with $850,000 in debt amid the ongoing divorce proceedings with Denise.
According to a December 17 report by Us Weekly, Aaron’s monthly financial obligations are staggering. His expenses include “$15,000 for rent, $1,500 for healthcare, $4,800 for groceries and household supplies, $2,000 on dining out, $5,500 for utilities, $1,300 for a cell phone, $3,200 for laundry and cleaning, $2,500 for clothing, $3,000 for car-related costs, and an additional $61,000 servicing other debts.”
Per the Us Weekly report, Aaron’s debt further encompasses “$180,000 owed to his landlord for overdue rent and repairs, $120,000 in back rent for a former office, $230,000 from a loan by Tom McCormack, $250,000 owed to High Velocity Admin, $50,000 to his attorney, Michael Finely, and an additional $20,000 to another legal firm.”
Aaron also shared that his debt, per Us Weekly, “includes $180,000 owed to his landlord for back rent and repairs, $120,000 owed for back rent for his former office space, another $230,000 for a loan provided by a man named Tom McCormack, $250,000 owed to a company named High Velocity Admin, $50,000 to his lawyer, Michael Finely, and another $20,000 to another law firm.”
When he filed for divorce in July, Aaron alleged that Denise was making $250,000 per month from her OnlyFans account, appearances, and TV roles. Weeks later, she requested a restraining order against him, claiming he’d been physically abusive throughout their relationship and given her multiple black eyes, which he denied.
Amid a days-long hearing in regard to the alleged abuse, Aaron was arrested. And after Denise was granted a permanent restraining order against him, Aaron was charged with two felony counts of injuring a spouse and two felony counts of dissuading a witness by either force or threat.
As he faces years behind bars, Aaron is also facing two civil lawsuits over his debt, including a joint case against him and Denise from their landlord.
As RHOBH fans may have seen, Denise and Aaron were sued for unpaid rent on their previously shared mansion in Calabasas, California, which Denise moved out of in 2023.
