In an unexpected plot twist, it appears Denise Richards will be returning to the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills next season.

Amid her ongoing, and very messy divorce from estranged husband Aaron Phypers, the 54-yr-old mother of three was photographed filming for the Bravo hit series on Saturday night.

According to TMZ, Denise had a sit-down with RHOBH stars Erika Jayne and Sutton Stracke at a restaurant called Madre in Los Angeles.

News broke last month that Denise’s reality show “Denise & Her Wild Things” was not renewed for a second season. However sources teased a possible return to the ‘Real Housewives of Beverly Hills‘ for Denise.

For the time being, it is unknown if she will be returning in a full-time role or just as a ‘friend’ of the cast. Filming on the RHOBH season 15 started weeks ago with the announcement that Rachel Zoe had joined the cast.

We can of course only imagine that Denise’s divorce was a big topic of conversation. Last month, Denise not only filed for divorce from Aaron following 8 years of marriage, but she also accused him of abuse and was granted a restraining order against him after she shared photos of physical injuries including a black eye.

And just last week, Denise returned to court and asked that Aaron be ordered to return her laptop and refrain from leaking any more images or information from it to the press. Days earlier, Aaron had accused Denise of having an affair with her ‘Special Forces’ costar Rudy Rayes and appeared to share photos and messages from her device to prove his claims.

A judge has yet to rule on Denise’s latest request.
