During that discussion, the former Big Brother winner and The Challenge competitor was asked about whether traveling on the show’s bus felt like torture. After confirming how hard traveling on the bus was, Josh brought up Destination X’s host, Jeffrey Dean Morgan. Hilariously enough, Josh expressed his opinion that Jeffrey enjoyed how much the show’s cast was tortured by the process.

Later during the same interview, Josh elaborated on how much Jeffrey seemed to enjoy seeing Destination X’s cast members suffer.

While speaking exclusively to TheThings, Josh stated that it was fun to see how much Jeffrey enjoyed tormenting the cast.

“You could tell that he was having a really good time with it. And it wasn’t fun for us, but it was really cool to see. [When] you have a host that’s really into doing what they do and they love what they do, it makes you more excited to be part of the project.”

While talking to TheThings about Destination X’s host, Josh Martinez revealed how quickly he concluded that Jeffrey Dean Morgan is a great person.

While still talking to TheThings, Josh explained that he was a big fan of Jeffrey’s, so it was great that the host was so cool. “I’m a huge fan of him. I mean, who isn’t? The guy is an absolute legend. From watching him on TV for all these years as a kid to then meeting him and kind of having that connection was pretty cool. He’s an awesome guy.” Josh then explained that he believed Jeffrey was the perfect Destination X host because of how likable he is.

“I think that’s why he made for the perfect host because he has this, likability to him where you’re like, ‘Oh, you know, this guy’s my friend.’ And in the same sense, he’s getting a good laugh from seeing you suffer. So, they couldn’t have done a better job picking a host.”

Based on Josh’s description of how Jeffrey handled hosting Destination X, it seems like every reality show fan should be excited about the show.
