Christina Haack‘s divorce settlement from Josh Hall has been revealed.

Over a year after the couple called it quits following three years of marriage, and just months after Christina, 42, confirmed she and Josh, 44, had reached an agreement, details regarding who got what have been shared.

According to an August 28 report from Us Weekly, Josh got to keep their Tennessee home, their Tennessee condo, and a plot of land in California, as well as several vehicles, including a 2021 Bentley, a 1970 Chevelle, a 1982 DeLorean, a 1947 Dodge, and a Honda Motorcycle.

He was also allowed to retain certain pieces of furniture, full interest in his business, several bank accounts, and the $100,000 that Christina gave him amid their divorce for legal fees and other costs.

As for Christina, she got their Newport Beach home, several properties in Tennessee, her bank accounts, her own business, two 2021 GMC Yukons, and a 2021 Polaris Razor. She was also forced to pay Josh a lump sum of $300,000.

Although Christina and Josh failed to sign a prenuptial agreement when they got married in October 2021, his request for spousal support was denied.

As fans may recall, Christina accused Josh of transferring money from one of her income properties into his account after their July 2024 split and told the court that he didn’t need her support since he had a job.

Ultimately, Josh agreed to pay Christina back for any money diverted to his personal account.

Following the settlement news, Josh took to Instagram with a celebratory post from Tennessee.

“Excited to spend Labor Day weekend in the real reality… Finally, legally divorced and a free man. I’ve always worked hard, kept what’s mine, and declined hand outs, and I’m keeping it that way. Lesson learned: don’t marry someone who needs constant public validation and will use your personal drama for attention,” he declared.

According to a source close to Josh who spoke to E! News, he feels the settlement was “fair.”

“Josh agreed to split everything he and Christina earned together, and they each walked away from the divorce with everything that they had made prior to the marriage,” the insider shared.

The source also suggested, despite the prior report, that Josh “voluntarily declined spousal support.”

“Given there was no prenup, Christina should send Josh a thank you, but Josh is happy to never have to speak to her again,” the insider concluded. “He couldn’t be happier.”

After their breakup, Christina began dating Christopher Larocca, and Josh moved on with Stephanie Gabrys.
