Diane Keaton appeared happy, content and healthy in her final social media post before her death.

In a joint post with retailer Hudson Grace shared to Instagram on April 11, the “Father of the Bride” star smiled radiantly while snuggling up with her dog Reggie.

In another shot, the iconic actress — known for her eclectic sense of style — could be seen affectionately petting the animal while showing off a black manicure.

“Proof our pets have great taste too! Happy National Pet Day from HG & @diane_keaton 🖤🐾,” they captioned the sweet post.

People confirmed on Saturday that the legendary “Godfather” actress passed away at the age of 79 in California.

Her rep didn’t immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment on the sudden news, but a family spokesperson told People that her “loved ones have asked for privacy.”

Fans flooded her final post with messages of grief amid the news. “Rest in peace Diane. My sympathies to your loved ones,” one follower wrote, while another remarked, “You were a legend 💔”

“Rest in peace to one of the best actresses of our generation!!🙏🏻 🕊️,” another person chimed in. A fourth added, “I wasn’t ready for this forever lively legend to be gone so soon.”

Keaton — who famously won a Best Actress Academy Award in 1977 for her starring role in “Annie Hall” — previously took to social media in January to advocate for people who had lost employment due to the deadly Los Angeles Palisades fire.

“LETS HELP THOSE WHO NEED IT MOST IN OUR CITY OF ANGELS!” she wrote at the time, adding a link to a GoFundMe to directly aid domestic workers amidst the fire.

Prior to that, the “First Wives Club” actress shared several holiday-themed posts, including the debut of some Christmas songs and an accompanying music video.

“THIS SONG AND VIDEO ARE A CELEBRATION OF LOVE, MEMORIES, AND THE BEAUTY OF HOLDING THOSE WE HOLD DEAR IN OUR HEARTS, ESPECIALLY THIS TIME OF YEAR,” she wrote in December 2024 of the video for her “First Christmas” song.

She added, “I HOPE IT BRINGS YOU COMFORT AND REMINDS YOU OF WHAT MATTERS MOST. ♥️”

Keaton — who never married but had high-profile romances with Al Pacino and Warren Beatty — became a mother in 1996 and 2001, respectively, when she adopted daughter Dexter, now 29, and son Duke, now 25.

“Motherhood was not an urge I couldn’t resist, it was more like a thought I’d been thinking for a very long time. So I plunged in,” she explained to “Ladies’ Home Journal” in 2008 of becoming a single mother in her 50s.
