After wrapping up the dramatic 19th season of The Real Housewives of Orange County, where a controversial roofie rumor involving Gretchen Rossi, 47, took center stage, complete with a lie detector test, Gina, 41, is back in the spotlight. Her noticeably trimmer figure has caught the eyes of fans.
In a November 28 Instagram slideshow captioned “[BravoCon] with friends,” Gina shared moments from the event, including a snapshot with Andy Cohen, 57.
Her post quickly sparked curiosity and questions among her followers eager to learn more.

Soon after the post was shared, Gina was met with questions from her fans and followers.
“Is everybody going on Ozempic? You all so skinny. But you look great,” one person stated.
“Awww. I love you I think you’re fabulous. But.. please don’t lose any more weight,” another begged.
A third wondered, “Gina what did you do,” before suggesting she was “much prettier before!!!!”

“Please spill the details on what you’ve had done. Because whatever it is I need it!” someone else declared.
“I think she gave up alcohol,” another replied.
Then, after someone signaled the size of Gina’s head, another pointed to her pants.
“Well by the look of the size of her head compared to her body.. people have said Ozempic,” the first fan mentioned.
“Her head looks normal, but I think she forgot her pants or something,” the second responded.

As RHOC fans may recall, Gina’s co-star and friend, Emily Simpson, 49, admitted to using Ozempic to lose weight in 2023, insisting that her use of the prescription medication was short-lived.
“That was a great kickstart for me,” Emily explained on SiriusXM’s Jeff Lewis Live. “I’m just gonna say that for me, it worked amazing because it really just kind of all the bad habits that I had where I was just kind of grazing, not really paying attention to what I was eating, eating late at night, eating my kids’ food, it just, all that stuff just kind of went away. It made me more conscientious of what I was eating, and so that was a really great kickstart for me. I didn’t lose a lot of weight doing it. I maybe lost five to seven pounds or something like that.”
Regarding her decision to go off the drug, Emily revealed, “I didn’t like the way it made me feel lethargic.”
“And it made me just not have a lot of energy, which was hard with three little kids,” she shared.
The Real Housewives of Orange County season 20 will reportedly begin in late winter or early spring of next year.
