Adult content creator Lily Phillips has opened up about the part of her body she wishes to alter, and it might not be what you expect.
During a conversation with fellow OnlyFans creator Annie Knight, Knight inquired about Phillips’ “biggest insecurity,” to which Phillips, 24, responded, “It has to be the long toes.”
Phillips revealed her future plans for cosmetic alterations in an Instagram video shared on Knight’s account on Wednesday, December 3, saying, “The next surgery I want is to have my toes shortened.” She added, “I wasn’t even aware that was a surgery option, but it turns out it is.”
Back in September, Phillips offered a glimpse into her experiences with cosmetic surgeries, expressing her interest in a procedure focusing on her toes.
“Obviously there are a lot of future surgeries that I would want,” she said in a YouTube video at the time. “It’s every other week I’m like, ‘Oh, maybe, I should get that done. Maybe I need to get my boobs done.’ But the one thing I am really set on getting done is actually toe surgery.”
In Phillips’ eyes, she has the “longest toes” and wants them to be shortened. “I know some people are going to think that’s really extreme,” she said, “but it’s just something I’ve always hated throughout my whole entire life. These feet have been the bane of my existence.”
Phillips went on to reveal that she had undergone a labiaplasty in 2021, which cost her about $6,700, and a chin implant.
“Obviously, a lot of people tend to get chin filler, and I got that for a few years but it would dissolve or it would migrate,” she said in a YouTube video at the time, explaining that the doctor suggested she receive a chin implant. The procedure ended up being a “whopping 14,000 pounds,” which is roughly $18,900.
The “only problem” Phillips had was “quite a lot of swelling,” adding, “It kind of froze my jaw for a bit. I don’t know really how to explain it.”
Phillips also underwent liposuction in 2021, explaining that the surgery “did take quite a bit of time to settle.” She wanted an “ab sketching look” to define her stomach, while also taking fat out of her lower back.
“It was just the first surgery that I had done though that was quite painful,” she said. “I did struggle a little bit with the recovery.”
Phillips went on to pay about 12,000 pounds, roughly $16,000, and is “fairly happy” with the results.
“My only problem is there was a slight unevenness,” she shared. “I don’t know if it’s just because it’s me and so I notice on myself. I’m sure when other people look at it, they don’t really see it, but there are little patches of fat still.”
Phillips also shared that she underwent a BBL, which cost her “only 14,000 pounds” — which is about $18,900.
“With this, because I got the fat out [of] my legs, it does sometimes look a little bit uneven,” she noted. “It just looks like I got a huge butt and smaller legs. So I wish, kind of, I had a little bit less fat in to be honest.”
