Seann William Scott revealed he has over $30 million in property and assets and is still earning hundreds of thousands from the American Pie movie franchise, In Touch can exclusively report.

The American Pie actor submitted his financial numbers as part of his divorce from his ex-wife, Olivia Korenberg.

Seann, 48, filed for divorce from Olivia, 34, in February 2024. He cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split.

The couple wed on September 21, 2019, and split on October 2, 2023. He requested joint legal and physical custody of their daughter Frankie Rose, born in 2020.

He agreed to pay spousal support, the terms of which he said were covered in their prenuptial agreement. The exes settled the divorce in May 2024. In his financial document, Seann explained he pulled in $54,999 last month but he normally pulls in around $40,948.

He said he received another $47,400 in royalty payments and $31,685 in interest and dividends. He also earned $140 in residuals last month. He noted that his television show Welcome to Flatch was canceled by Fox and that project had been his main source of income for 2021 and 2022.

He said he recently started a new project called Shifting Gears, an ABC sitcom with Tim Allen & Kat Dennings.

Seann said he has $172,485 in cash and in the bank, another $11,968,229 in stocks and bonds or assets he could easily sell and another $18,517,331 in real property.

Despite owning several homes, Seann said he does not have any rental or mortgage payments, which could mean the homes are paid off.

He said his monthly expenses total $49,739, including $15,333 in property taxes, $8,000 in homeowner’s insurance, $7,554 in child care, $1,500 on eating out, $2,000 on utilities, $1,000 on health care, $1,500 on clothes, $1,800 on education, $1,500 on entertainment and gifts, $1,000 on auto expenses and various other bills.

Seann also submitted a 2024 report for his company, Brojam Productions.

He earned $900,000 for Shifting Gears, $1000,000 for his work on HBO’s The Righteous Gemstones and $75,000 for a film Bad Man, which has yet to be released.

The profit and loss sheet also lists income for 2003’s American Wedding, the third film in the American Pie franchise.

He said he earned $317,802 for the film, which could be income from a steaming deal reached for the film. He said he also earned $95,893 in income from the 2008 comedy Role Models with Paul Rudd. His total income was $1.573,588 for 2024.

He spent around $209,000 on professional fees, $3,250 for a voice coach, $153,000 to his agent, $77,000 on an attorney, $4,500 on security and various other bills.

A 2023 profit and loss report showed Seann earned an additional $225,000 for the film Bad Man and $414,982 for American Wedding and another $95,000 for Role Models.

According to the settlement, obtained by In Touch, Seann was awarded all of his earnings and accumulations during the marriage and after separation, his clothing and jewelry, property including two homes in Malibu, another in Venice, California and one in Arizona.

He also kept a 2018 Mini Cooper, several bank accounts and any and all interest in his company Brojam Productions.

Olivia was awarded her jewelry, her earnings during the marriage and after, a 2022 Range Rover, a coffee table, loveseat and a $1 million lump sum from Seann. The spousal support was set to expire in an undisclosed amount of months.

The exes agreed to share joint legal and physical custody of their child. Scott agreed to pay $6,000 per month in child support.

The amount was based on Seann’s annual income at the time of $1.1 million or $60,000 per month in wages and salary, $13,000 per month in interest and dividends and $21,200 in non-taxable income.

Earlier this month, Seann and Olivia notified that court that they sought to modify certain terms of the judgment.

Seann agreed to advance $25,000 to Olivia to pay for her legal fees. Seann did not reveal what terms he wants to change but he filed the income and expense declaration after informing the court.
