Trisha Paytas has decided to share insights into her dietary routine after beginning a GLP-1 medication, a decision that’s yielding significant results. In a recent TikTok video, Paytas revealed her noteworthy success, having shed 30 pounds over the past two months.
On Tuesday, June 23, the 38-year-old influencer let followers in on her daily eating habits. She started her day with a Venti Iced Green Tea Lemonade from Starbucks, a drink containing just 60 calories. Paytas explained her shift from sugary iced coffees or matcha teas to this lemony beverage, which still gives her a caffeine boost without the extra sugar.
For breakfast, she opted for a nutritious blend: a small scoop of yogurt mixed with chocolate-flavored protein powder in a charming heart-shaped bowl. “I’m obsessed with peanut butter,” she confessed, adding a touch of it to the mix. A sprinkling of granola finished off the dish, which she described as a rich, peanut butter fluff-like treat that she enjoys before recording her podcast.

Following a recording session of her “Just Trish” podcast, Paytas enjoyed a meal of albacore sashimi followed by a baked crab roll. She noted how the medication affects her appetite, making her feel full more quickly with the rice, so she often shares her portions. To round out her day, she ended with a delectable lobster roll.
For dinner, Paytas had a “heapful” of mashed potatoes, steak and asparagus. “I do about two “scoops,” she said while putting potatoes on her plate. “I used to do this whole bowl of potatoes literally.”
While serving herself steak, Paytas shared that she “can’t even eat half” of it anymore and split it onto her daughter Malibu Barbie’s plate. She completed her dish by adding two pieces of asparagus. “I try to have at least one of these first in case I get full,” she said.
“The biggest myth of being on a GLP-1 is that you don’t crave food or that you’re not hungry,” Paytas said. “It’s so not true. I am always hungry [and] still having carbs. Every day looks different, which is great.”
