Keeping it real.

“Baywatch” babe Donna D’Errico, 55, looked unrecognizable as she sported a makeup-free look over the weekend.

The former actress — who only shares a glammed-up persona on Instagram — had stepped out for a walk around the Hollywood Reservoir in California with her 30-year-old son, Rhyan D’Errico.

For the occasion, Donna kept things casual with a white jumpsuit over a yellow sports bra. She paired the look with New Balance sneakers, a matching white hat and a backpack.

Her son, on the other hand, wore a gray and black graphic T-shirt with gray shorts. Just like his mom, he wore matching New Balance sneakers.

Unlike her weekend look, the OnlyFans star is known for posting racy photos on social media. In fact, she recently matched her red lingerie to her Ferrari car and seductively ate a popsicle to beat the heat.

While her comment section is typically full of fans fawning over her curves, Donna recently defended herself against plastic surgery speculation as well, asserting that she has only had a few tweaks.

The actress went under the knife after she lost 40 pounds and the resulting “loose skin” made her uncomfortable. She “went in and got that buttoned up and have no shame in admitting that. It made me feel better and more confident,” she wrote on Instagram in a lengthy caption earlier this month.

She continued, “People love to say I owe my body to plastic surgery. If saying that and believing that makes them feel better about themselves, go for it.”

And she has no problem going after those who say she needs to cover up as well.

After people left nasty comments on her Fourth of July photos last year she clapped back, “Let me tell you something that might surprise you. I can actually wear and do literally whatever I want.”
