Renowned plastic surgeon Dr. Paul Nassif, widely recognized from the TV series “Botched,” has expanded his family once more, welcoming his fifth child. This joyous milestone comes as he and his wife, Brittany Pattakos, celebrated the arrival of their son earlier this week.
The 62-year-old medical professional and his 34-year-old partner took to Instagram on Sunday to joyfully share the news of their second child’s birth with fans.
In an enthusiastic joint announcement, Dr. Nassif revealed, “I’m overjoyed to share that Paul Michael Nassif Jr. arrived weighing 9 lbs. 10 oz. on January 9th, 2025, at exactly 12:59 AM.”
To his 1.3 million followers, he conveyed heartfelt emotions in the caption, saying, “Both mother and son are healthy and thriving. Our hearts are brimming with joy, marking the completion of our family. We eagerly anticipate embarking on this new adventure together.”
Concluding his post with gratitude, Nassif expressed, “Thank you for all your love, prayers, and good wishes. We will keep you updated on our journey!”
Dr. Nassif and Pattakos are also dad and mom to four-year-old daughter Paulina. And the E! reality star shares Gavin, 22, and twins Christian and Colin, 19, with ex-wife Adrienne Maloof.

The couple announced online in July 2024 that they were expecting a little boy in the coming months.

Two months ago the now-mother-of-two enjoyed the company of loved ones at a baby shower celebration on a waterfront.
For the milestone she occasion wore a clinging blue gown with long, pleated sleeves that hugged her baby bump.
