The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Drew Sidora faces a significant change in her personal life, as she has lost primary custody of her children and has been ordered to leave the home she shares with her estranged husband, Ralph Pittman. This information comes from a recent report.

The residence in question is located in Georgia, and court documents have shed light on the situation.
According to records obtained by TMZ, Drew has been given a deadline of May 31 to vacate the property. A judge has ruled that, given the “current financial circumstances of the parties,” Drew and Ralph are required to continue sharing expenses until she moves out.
The legal papers further reveal that Drew and Ralph will maintain joint custody of their children. Although Ralph is currently living in the basement of the home, he is permitted to access the main living areas to help prepare their children for school.
The legal documents also noted Drew and Ralph will share joint custody of their children. While Ralph currently resides in the basement of the home, it was noted he will be allowed to go upstairs to get their kids ready for school.
During the school year, Ralph is the parent who was given primary physical custody of the children. Starting in August, Drew will have parenting time with her children on alternating weekends.
While the kids had been in Drew’s custody primarily, there were claims that they were absent an excessive amount from school. Due to this, the primary custody of the children was changed to Ralph.
While their divorce has yet to be finalized, a representative for Drew spoke out on the latest ruling.
“This matter is still being actively litigated and is in the middle of the final trial,” they stated. “The Second Temporary Order is, in fact, temporary, and does not reflect the final outcome of the case.”
When Ralph’s side was reached out to, they simply said they had “no comment.”
Drew and Ralph both filed divorce petitions in March 2023, and things quickly took a dark turn when Drew said she wanted out of their marriage due to “continued blatant disrespect and mental abuse” from Ralph.
Drew also alleged Ralph had cheated on her in her filing. She sought primary custody of the children they share, while Ralph asked for joint custody in his initial divorce filing.
Drew spoke out about Ralph at BravoCon in November 2025, sharing that he was living in the basement of their home.
She is currently starring in the 17th season of RHOA, which just began airing.
In the trailer, Drew was seen with her “friend” Black, who gave her a bouquet of roses.
This led to her co-star K. Michelle alleging that he’s been in her DMs, which erupted in a fight between Drew and K. Michelle.
