Heather Dubrow encountered criticism regarding her physique after posting a picture of herself in a short, shimmering gold dress on Instagram this Wednesday.
As filming is underway for the landmark 20th season of The Real Housewives of Orange County, which marks the eagerly awaited return of Vicki Gunvalson, Heather, now 57, shared a social media update showcasing her recent fashion choices. However, the post quickly attracted negative comments targeting her slender frame.
“Comment ‘MARCH’ and I’ll send you a link to my looks from March so far! Which one is your favorite?” Heather captioned a slideshow posted on March 25.
While a multitude of followers eagerly commented “MARCH” to receive links to her previous outfits, a number of others chose to remark on her appearance, urging the actress-turned-reality star to “eat!”
“OMG, those boney arms. Heather, what have you done to yourself? You look skeletal,” one person stated.
Another told her to “eat something” as someone else mentioned “food.”
“Yikes,” another proclaimed. 
As the comments continued, someone else told Heather, “OMG EAT SOMETHING!” Another IG user said, “OMG stop losing weight. You’re a beautiful woman.”
Heather also faced accusations of using GLP1s, as someone wrote, “Omg, another ozempic case.” Another person added, “These GLPs have everyone losing their minds thinking this looks good. It’s scary.”
Years ago, Heather faced similar comments after being featured in a stomach-baring photo with her fellow Real Housewives.
“Oh Heather! Please put some weight on. So unhealthy!” one person wrote in response.
“Fancy pants needs to eat,” another said.
“Damn. Almost every face is an Ozempic face,” shared a third.
The Real Housewives of Orange County season 20 is currently in production and expected to premiere on Bravo sometime later this year.
