Erika Jayne Opens Up About Rift with Dorit Kemsley Post-RHOBH Reunion: Prospects for Reconciliation Explored

Erika Jayne recently shared insights into her current relationship with Dorit Kemsley following the filming of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills reunion. She made these comments while attending the iHeartRadio Music Awards on Thursday night.

After a tumultuous 15th season, where Erika found herself in the middle of Dorit’s ongoing dispute with Kyle Richards, 57, she disclosed that she and Dorit, 49, are currently not on speaking terms. Erika also hinted at the “hours-long” nature of the upcoming reunion special.

“It was a lengthy session as usual, but it worked out well. At least for me, it did,” Erika, 54, told Access Hollywood’s Housewives Nightcap on March 26, adding, “I’m indifferent.”

Regarding her rapport with Dorit, Erika confirmed, “We’re not in communication.”

“No. Nothing got resolved, but I said it wouldn’t. So, no,” she shared. 

While Erika and Dorit are not speaking today, Erika clarified that she was open to a reconcilation in the future.

“Of course,” she stated.

Erika’s confirmation regarding her estrangement from Dorit came just as she was seen at odds with her on the latest episode of RHOBH. As fans saw, Erika was left stranded with Kyle after Dorit left in a production van following a tense argument, during which Dorit felt that Erika sided with Kyle.

After the show aired, Erika opened up about drama with Dorit on the After Show, explaining that she hoped to help reconcile Dorit and Kyle’s relationship.

“We don’t talk like that to each other. I’m not gonna be quiet. You guys have a problem. I want it to work out. Let’s talk this out, please. But I don’t think Dorit is in a place where she wants to hear anything,” she stated. “And it’s not that I need to call Dorit out. It’s just she almost, like, turned on me, and I was like, ‘Whoa, whoa, whoa!’ Like, I’m your friend. I will always be your friend. I want nothing but good things for you … And I care for Dorit. I want a friendship with Dorit.”
