Reality TV star Erika Jayne, known for her role on “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” is facing her final delay in a $25 million fraud lawsuit. The 54-year-old has now received a definitive trial date, with creditors potentially challenging any resolutions involving the owed funds. Attorney Ronald Richards shared the update on social media platform X on February 2, stating, “Erika Girardi is making a last-ditch effort to postpone the trial. The trustee has agreed to extend the trial to April 14, 2026. Erika is currently submitting financial documents, but this will be the final delay. Creditors may object to any settlement in bankruptcy court.”

The accompanying legal documents reveal several key dates and indicate that additional information may be required from Erika Jayne. Notably, no further extensions will be permitted, signaling an end to the prolonged legal saga.

“Breaking: Erika Girardi is desperately trying to hold off the trial,” attorney Ronald Richards announced on X on February 2. “She has gotten the Trustee to agree to a continuance to 4/14/26. She is providing documents relative to her finances. The parties have told the court, this is the last continuance. Any settlement may be opposed by any creditor in the bankruptcy court.”

In the attached documents, a number of additional dates were shared as it was noted that more information may be needed from the defendant, and that no further continuances would be allowed.

The paperwork was signed by Erika’s attorney, Evan Borges.

RHOBH Erika Jayne Has New Trial Date Set for April

As RHOBH fans will recall, Erika was sued by the trustee due to her potential spending of settlement funds meant for Thomas’ clients. Although she has repeatedly claimed that she had no knowledge of what was going on behind the scenes at Thomas’ now-defunct firm, Girardi Keese, she has been unable to prove such, and a settlement has yet to be made.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 15 airs Thursdays at 8/7c on Bravo.
