Eurovision fans were all left saying the same thing following Remember Monday’s performance at the second semi-final on Thursday (15 May).

The band, who are representing the UK in the song contest, took to the stage during the semi-final to perform their track What The Hell Just Happened?, which they’ll also perform at Saturday’s Grand Final.

The girl group, made up of Lauren Byrne, Holly-Anne Hull and Charlotte Steele, blew fans away with their performance, with many viewers at home taking to social media to share their reactions.

The trio were compared to Disney princesses by some fans, largely due to their pastel coloured outfits.

“I’m not a fan of the UK song this year but I like the staging and their outfits, they look like Disney princesses #Eurovision,” one person wrote on X.

“Belle, aurora and cinderella gone wild #eurovision,” another person joked, while a third Eurovision fan added: “Disney Princesses from the UK on stage now! Love it! #Eurovision.”

Dozens of Eurovision fans praised Remember Monday’s performance at the semi-final on social media, branding it “really good”.

One fan said: “That was really good!!! Come on girls!! @remembermonday_#Eurovision,” while a second person added: “What the hell happened? A really good song that’s what happened #SBSEurovision #Eurovision.”

A third wrote: “The girls did good! #Eurovision.” And another said: “Yasss Remember Monday you SLAYED that stage. #Eurovision.”

Rememeber Monday will represent the UK at the Eurovision Grand Final on 17 May, making them the first girl band to do so since 1999.

The second semi-final of Eurovision 2025 will decide the remaining 10 qualifiers for the Grand Final.

On Thursday (15 May), 16 acts graced the stage at St. Jakobshalle in Basel, vying for a coveted place in Saturday’s event.

Hazel Brugger and Sandra Studer reprised their roles as hosts for the semi-final, which featured performances from countries including Australia, Ireland, Latvia, Austria, Greece, and Malta.

The One Show airs on weekdays on BBC One at 7pm. The Eurovision 2025 Grand Finale will air on BBC One on Saturday, 17 May at 8pm.
