Summer House is back and better than ever for Season 9, and Lindsay Hubbard is clearly thriving after her September 2023 split from co-star Carl Radke.
Pregnant with her first child while filming Season 9 of the reality television series — and welcoming said child, a daughter named Gemma, in December 2024 — Lindsay is seemingly as happy as can be with her new boyfriend turned baby daddy.
During the reunion of Summer House Season 8, Lindsay mentioned that she had a brand new boo, but kept any details about him private. During the premiere of Summer House Season 9, though, she decided to open up about her new boyfriend.
“Turner’s very private. He’s not on social media. He is nerdy, but he’s also so fun and funny and normal! He’s a normie! I found myself a f*****g normie, and I love it,” she shared in a confessional.
After several sneaky cameos on Lindsay’s Instagram, it was revealed that his name is Turner Kufe. Keep scrolling for everything we know about him so far.
How Did Lindsay And Turner Meet?
According to Lindsay herself — per an episode of the B***h Bible podcast — “I actually met him and went out with him three and a half years ago… Some of my friends call it a boomerang, where you go out the first time, the timing wasn’t right and they come back around. So, that’s basically what happened.”
She then elaborated on why it didn’t work out with Turner the first time around:
“Three and a half years ago, it was October or November 2020, so it was COVID times. Still a little weird… We met and hit it off, and we went on some dates.”
“He was trying to figure out his career moves, and it was just bad timing for him. It was also the holidays, so it was bad timing for me. I was in a weird place at that time, and so he broke things off with me.”
Doing so in “such a respectful way,” Lindsay and Turner were able to rekindle their romance in December 2023, just a few months after Carl called off their engagement.
She continued, delving into the details:
“The next thing you know, this past December — three years later, after we went out three or four times — he reached back out, boomeranged back, and was like, ‘Hey.’ And I was like, ‘Blast from the past.'”
“I put him on ice for about a month. He reached out in mid-December. He made me wait three years, he can wait a month… I reached back out in January, and I was like, ‘Alright, coffee,’ and then we got lunch, and I feel like that lunch was catching up on the last three years of our lives.”
Not only is Lindsay as happy as can be in her relationship with Turner, but she told Bravo that she’s “very satisfied in the bedroom” as well. Did someone say spicy?
Everything You Need To Know About Turner Kufe
On the same episode of the B***h Bible podcast, Lindsay revealed that her new boyfriend is “successful in his own field and has a great job… He works very hard, and he’s extremely driven and ambitious.”
During Summer House Season 9 premiere, though, she finally revealed his occupation, telling Paige DeSorbo, Amanda Batula, Kyle Cooke and the rest of the gang that Turner works as a doctor. Hubba hubba!
Describing him as a “New York man” it is also safe to assume that he was born and raised in the Big Apple.
Regardless of where he grew up, though, Turner now lives in New York City, however, he and Lindsay have separate apartments. She told E! News, “We live in New York City, and I had just resigned my lease last March and found out I was pregnant in April.”
She continued:
“It’s a lot of pressure getting pregnant a few months into dating somebody. So, I wanted to take the pressure off in every other department… I’m an independent woman, and I’m a strong girl. If the relationship works out, great. If it doesn’t, we’ll figure it out. But, I didn’t need to move too quickly in the relationship just because I was pregnant.”
Period, queen!
Despite having separate apartments, Turner has been as amazing as can be when it comes to fatherhood, with Lindsay revealing in the same interview, “He was right by my side as I gave birth and then for the first six weeks, he had paternity leave… Now, he’s back at work, but he’s with us in the mornings and at night.”
Everything You Need To Know About Summer House Season 9
While fans would love to get to know Turner on Season 9 of Summer House, he has not made any appearances on the show as of Feb. 19.
On an episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen on Feb. 12, Lindsay added that while she is in a happy and healthy relationship, she doesn’t believe that her new boyfriend will be making any appearances on the show this time around.
Who knows — perhaps Summer House Season 10 is when we will formally meet Turner!
Nevertheless, with former couple Lindsay and Carl — as well as Ciara Miller and West Wilson — forced to spend the summer together, the drama is certain to be at an all-time high this season.
To top things off, with beloved Bravo couple Paige DeSorbo and Craig Conover breaking up rather recently, it looks like we will even get a glimpse into their split. Yikes!
