“Southern Charm” alum Kathryn Dennis has been convicted and sentenced for driving under the influence.

Page Six confirmed the reality TV personality was taken into custody Friday at 6:54 p.m. local time in South Carolina, per the Berkeley County Sheriff’s Office inmate records.

She was sentenced to 30 days in the Berkeley County jail following an arrest made by the Goose Creek Police Department last year.

Dennis, 34, did not immediately return Page Six’s request for comment.

On May 20, 2024, the former Bravo was involved in a three-vehicle crash at an intersection in the area.

According to local news network WCBD TV-2 , who first reported news of Dennis’ conviction, bystanders informed police at the time that the TV star might be “impaired” and that they could smell alcohol on her.

Responding officers at the scene noted her eyes appeared “glossy.” She was then booked for a DUI and for driving with an open container.

In video of the incident previously obtained by TMZ, Dennis argued with police during and after a field sobriety test. They later handcuffed her, at which time she asked, “Wait why? Am I in trouble?”

The Bravolebrity again argued with an officer after being placed in the back seat of a police vehicle. “Ya’ll are ruining my life — and my kids’ [lives],” she said in the footage. “Thanks for nothing.”

Dennis shares daughter Kensington, 11, and son Saint Julien, 9, with ex Thomas Ravenel.

During her initial arrest, the TV personality also told an officer she wasn’t “stupid” after he asked to do a blood alcohol test.

“This is some bulls—t though,” the mother of two exclaimed. “It’s really messed up for you guys to just like take people in though. What if they have kids? Because it could really affect their children’s lives.”

Dennis also said she didn’t “give a f—k” what happened to her and asserted that she “didn’t deserve” to be arrested at the time.

“You’re treating me like an animal it’s just crazy,” she said as a police officer attempted to buckle her in. “Get out of my face,” she added. “Why are you so close to me?”

She then began crying and asking for her dog, who was with her during the time of the accident.

In the video footage, Dennis told cops she would “f—king ruin” them after her release.

Dennis — who appeared on “Southern Charm” from 2014 to 2023 — has been open about her battle with substance abuse, having attended rehab in the past in Malibu, Calif.

In 2023, her SUV was involved in an alleged hit-and-run incident at an elementary school and in 2019, she confessed during the sixth season reunion that she was not fully sober and still drank alcohol.
