All of this has led me to this role.” He signed off with, “I could not be more excited for what’s ahead. 400 diwrnod i fynd!”
Radio presenter Sara Cox left a comment saying, “If I was on a mission I can’t think of anyone else I’d want to head it up! You’re so perfect for this gig. Massive congrats & good luck to you & @team_wales for Glasgow 2026.”
Team GB swimmer and Welsh medallist Jazz Carlin said, “Amazing news!!!! Congratulations.” One fan typed, “Outstanding Geth! Not just being the perfect person for the role with your genuine love enthusiasm and generous nature but on the work you’ve put in to get there. That’s leadership. What a mission!!”
