After their joint appearance last week, GG, who stars in The Valley: Persian Style at age 44, shared details of the incident involving Amanda Frances, the 41-year-old fresh face from Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. GG didn’t hold back her thoughts, discussing Amanda’s attitude towards fans and recounting how host Andy Cohen, 57, stepped in during the live broadcast.
“I was in New York for Watch What Happens Live and was set to appear with Amanda Frances, the infamous one-season wonder,” GG explained during her March 4 appearance on SiriusXM’s Jeff Lewis Live. “Unlike many, I actually like Amanda in several ways. On the show, she’s the verbal version of the other ladies. They make an entrance with their designer bags, and Amanda makes sure to talk about hers. It’s similar, and I appreciate that she’s upfront about it.”
GG further noted that both she and Amanda were staying at the same hotel, setting the stage for their memorable encounter.
Then, moving on to their encounter, GG pointed out that she and Amanda were staying at the same hotel.
“Lisa Rinna was there, too. I was chatting with her. And I’m outside smoking a J, and out comes Amanda with her whole crew, and I’m like, ‘Hi, Amanda!’ And I wave. It’s snowing. It’s freezing. I’m in my fur. I’m like, ‘Hey!’ And she goes like this, she turns over, looks me up and down, and kind of just smirks,” GG shared. “And I can tell she has no clue who I am, so I say, ‘I’m seeing you at Watch What Happens Live.’ And she goes, ‘That’s where I’m headed,’ and she walks off.”
Later, once they arrived at the set, GG recalled Amanda changing her tune.
“We get to Watch What Happens Live, Andy comes in, love, happiness, hugging, and he goes, ‘Oh, this is Amanda.’ I said, ‘Oh yeah, I know. I know.’ And she’s like, ‘I’m so sorry,’” she revealed. “She was apologizing, and she saw how the crew was taking care of me. We’re sitting down, and she’s like, ‘You’ve been around Bravo a while?’ And Andy jumps in and says, ‘She’s been around forever.’ He goes, ‘GG, how long have you been here? What year was that?’ I was like, ‘Wow, Andy. Thank you.’”
After Jeff, 55, pointed out that Amanda likely thought she was a fan, GG wondered, “Who talks to their fans like that? Who does that to a fan?“
“She’s not nice,” she continued. “If I were a fan, that would’ve been horrible, because she didn’t know who I was, so she did think I was a fan, and I was an over-the-top, ‘hi,’ so excited.”
Although Jeff suspected that Amanda may have simply been shy, GG didn’t agree.
“Does Amanda look shy to you?” she asked.
GG then admitted, after Jeff signaled rumors regarding her own treatment of fans, that she doesn’t feel comfortable when people get too close.
“It’s scary for me,” she explained.

As Bravo fans may have seen, GG spoke of her run-in with Amanda amid the WWHL last week, telling Andy that while she said, “Hi,” to Amanda outside of their hotel, Amanda didn’t “know who [she] was.”
“I did not know it was her. I don’t [watch Bravo], but I apologized,” Amanda replied.
Season one of The Valley: Persian Style is currently streaming on Peacock.
