90 Day Fiancé star Gino Palazzolo returned to Instagram amid the recent news that his estranged wife, Jasmine Pineda, is pregnant with another man’s baby.

On Friday, February 21, Gino, 56, reposted an old post of his from X that showed him standing next to a cactus.

“Now this is one cool cactus! Happy Wednesday, everyone!” Gino wrote alongside the picture.

Beneath it was a reply from a separate X user that poked fun at his relationship with Jasmine, 38, that read, “Looks like Gino found a third for Jasmine’s open marriage idea.”

Rumors that Jasmine was pregnant began swirling earlier this year, and on January 6, a source exclusively confirmed to In Touch that Gino was not the father. Instead, the source said that they were “almost certain it’s the Matt guy,” referring to Jasmine’s boyfriend, Matt Branistareanu.

Less than a month later, Jasmine seemingly hinted that she and Gino had gone their separate ways when she reshared a post from 90 Day Fiancé blogger Alexa Pomegranate that included screenshots of alleged messages between Gino and another woman named Anna Rose.

“How are you gorgeous! So nice to hear from you! Did I tell you Jasmine and I separated? Please keep between us though please. I was actually thinking about you a few times lately,” read one of the alleged messages from Gino.

Jasmine seemed to further confirm that she had moved on when fans got their first official glimpse of Matt, 37, when she introduced him to her 90 Day: The Last Resort costars Stacey Silva and Julia Trubkina during the Monday, February 17 episode. Jasmine told the women that she was contemplating suggesting an open marriage to Gino due to their lackluster sex life.

“I talked to [Matt], and we started working out. And that’s like how we started, it’s like a genuine friendship,” Jasmine explained. “I talked to him about my situation with Gino, you know? I do respect him because any other man would have used my vulnerability, ‘Like this girl hasn’t had d–k in what, nine months.’ But he has been very respectful of that.”

One day after the episode aired, Jasmine confirmed her pregnancy via TLC’s official 90 Day Fiancé page on Instagram.

“Baby on the way! #90DayFiance’s Jasmine confirms she’s expecting with Matt, who she recently introduced on #TheLastResort,” the account captioned the video.

In the clip, Jasmine wore a strapless, flowy white dress and cradled her burgeoning baby bump as she spoke to the cameras.

“Hi everyone, I have very special news for you!” the soon-to-be mom of three exclaimed. “Let me announce to you that I am pregnant, I am so happy and excited and I cannot wait to meet my beautiful baby.”

Fans first met Jasmine and Gino during 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days season 5 in 2021. They experienced several bumps in the road, including Jasmine discovering that Gino had sent nude photos of her to an ex-girlfriend. Despite their issues, they officially tied the knot in June 2023, and viewers were able to watch their nuptials take place when their wedding was aired in December 2024 as part of 90 Day Fiancé season 10.

The former couple continued to have relationship issues which fans have seen play out in 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After?, as well as 90 Day: The Last Resort.
