90 Day Fiancé star Gino Palazzolo seemingly has an open mind when it comes to an open marriage with his wife, Jasmine Pineda.

Fans watched as Gino, 56, admitted he was “considering” the unique dynamic with Jasmine, 38, and Matt Branistareanu, a man who she met at a Michigan gym, during episode 15 of 90 Day: The Last Resort, which aired on Monday, March 10.

During the episode, the cast participated in a therapy session centered on trust, where they were asked for their “Band-Aid” solution to building it.

“Well, for me, it’s like right now and recently, most recently, she’s spending nights out and I don’t know where she’s at and you know, she’s at the gym for many more hours than I expect,” the Michigan native told the group. “And so, the Band-Aid would be, I’d like to know Jasmine’s location because I didn’t agree to the open marriage yet. It’s something I’m considering right now.”

Jasmine proposed the idea of ethical non-monogamy to Gino after speaking with a sex therapist during the couples’ retreat. The Panama native confronted Gino about the lack of intimacy in their relationship and asked if he would consider an open marriage.

Gino immediately accused Jasmine of cheating as she admitted she already had “someone in mind” to join their marriage, referring to Matthew, 37.

“I was shocked last night to hear Jasmine say that she’s been spending time with this guy,” Gino said in a confessional in an earlier scene. “To me, this emotional bond that she has with him that she doesn’t have with me is like a slap in my face.”

Jasmine stated that Matt was only a “friend,” and they had only spent time together at the gym or at the cafe across the street. She adamantly denied ever visiting his home or being in love with him.

“[I] believe Jasmine could be forcing this on me because she knows how much I love her and that it would be hard for me to walk away,” Gino told the cameras. “But I have a lot more questions for Jasmine before I consider open marriage.”

Gino then asked Jasmine how she would feel if he was spending time with another woman, to which she replied, “If you agree on the open marriage, we both are going to negotiate how this is going to work for us.”

Although Jasmine and Gino have yet to confirm their relationship status, the former educator confirmed she was pregnant and expecting baby No. 3 on February 18, her first child with Matthew. The TLC personality is a mother to sons, JC and Juance, whom she welcomed from previous relationships.

The news came only one day after Jasmine first introduced her new love interest to fans during episode 12 of 90 Day: The Last Resort. Jasmine had best been known for her appearances on the franchise with Gino, which dates back to season 5 of 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days in 2021. After documenting the 90 days leading up to their June 2023 wedding day on season 10 of 90 Day Fiancé, they have continued to be featured throughout the 90 Day universe, with their most recent run on season 2 of 90 Day: The Last Resort, which began airing in December 2024.
