Gypsy Rose Blanchard showed off her post-baby body and the new mom revealed she was starting to feel like her old self.

The Louisiana native, 33, shared a selfie via Instagram Stories that featured her wearing a slim-fitting tank top that showcased her flat stomach and black pants.

“Almost a week postpartum,” Gypsy wrote above the picture and added a pink heart emoji. “Starting to feel more energized.”

The convicted felon gave birth to her first child with boyfriend Ken Urker on December 28, 2024.

“Aurora is healthy and we are so happy,” Ken, 31, told TMZ in an article published on Wednesday, January 1.

In July 2024, Gypsy and Ken revealed that she was pregnant with baby No. 1 and she shared the news via her personal YouTube channel.

“I’m happy to announce that I am 11 weeks pregnant. Ken and I are expecting our very first child come January of 2025,” Gypsy told viewers. “We’re both very excited. This was not planned at all. It was completely unexpected.”

Gypsy documented much of her pregnancy online, including the moment she felt the baby’s first kicks and the gender reveal.

“The moment y’all have been waiting for… It’s a girl!” Gypsy wrote alongside a video clip of herself and Ken standing next to one another as pink confetti rained down. “Ken and I are over the moon and are so excited to start our family. We’re so thankful for our friends, neighbors, and families who came to our party today! We also want [to] thank ya’ll for your love and support!”

By November 2024, Gypsy announced that she planned to stop sharing news about her personal life on social media.

“I will no longer be posting personal content on this public platform,” Gypsy wrote via TikTok. “Since I was released, I have shared with supporters my hardships and achievements through the lens of social media. However, I find myself at a crossroads that leads me to desire a more private life sharing with only family and close friends these special moments.”

She made sure to thank fans for their “support” and assured them that she would still be keeping them updated on news about her memoir, My Time to Stand. However, she said that she would be starting new social media accounts and would only be accepting people she personally knew.

“This decision was made with consideration to the well-being of my own mental health as well as the overall wellbeing of my family and daughter,” Gypsy concluded. “We are all doing very well and are in good spirits, excited for our futures moving forward. Thank you.”

Even though Gypsy decided to pull back on social media, she still managed to keep fans in the loop regarding her baby. She previously revealed the inspiration behind her daughter’s name and admitted that it was Ken “who actually came up with” the name.

“There’s a whole backstory to it,” Gypsy told People in an article published on December 10, 2024. “Some people think that it’s because of the Disney Princess. Some people think that it’s because [my stepmom] Kristy’s dog is named Aurora Grace. It’s not because of that.”

She continued, “Back whenever Ken and I were together seven years ago, both of us have a fascination with the Northern Lights, and the proper term is the Aurora Borealis. I think it was maybe in 2018, we wrote each other’s future kid’s name on pieces of paper and Aurora is what we both picked without even knowing each other was picking it.”
