Season 9 of Love Is Blind ended with a surprising twist as none of the couples made it down the aisle. The final episode was set to showcase three engaged pairs ready for their weddings, but Megan and Jordan decided to end their relationship before reaching the altar.
Megan took the initiative to have a candid conversation with Jordan, a single father, revealing her uncertainty about marriage. Since the cameras stopped rolling, she has been seen with a new companion who seems to have a young child, sparking curiosity and speculation.
Post-filming, Megan has been spotted in Denver with this mysterious figure. Reports from Page Six have identified her alongside an unknown man, occasionally accompanied by a baby. The publication has observed that this individual frequently visits Megan’s home, hinting at the possibility that he might be staying with her.
Megan’s Been Spotted With A New Man
Since filming for Love Is Blind has concluded, Megan has been spotted around Denver, and this time with company. Reports from Page Six show the former reality TV contestant out and about with an unidentified man, and, in some cases, with what appears to be his newborn baby. The outlet even claims that the mystery man may be living in Megan’s home with her, spotting going in and out of the residence on multiple occasions.
The news came as a major shock for viewers of the Netflix dating show, as one of the major sticking points for Megan and Jordan was the fact that he had a young son, Luca—not because Megan didn’t like his child, but because dating someone who was a parent meant that she was signing up for a different lifestyle than she envisioned for herself.
As of this article’s writing, the identity of Megan’s new beau is unclear—as is the parentage of the baby.
Megan Broke Things Off With Jordan In The Finale
Though Jordan was prepared to make it to the altar with Megan, she sat him down for a tough conversation, one in which she told him that her gut was saying not to move forward:
I still have reservations, and that’s not how I should be feeling going into my wedding—our wedding.
To her credit, she did apologize for not taking the time to think through the ramifications of the breakup sooner, noting that while she was only thinking of the positives of being a stepmom to Luca before, now she was worried she wasn’t cut out for the role. She explained that the two of them were very different people, and she worried that their opposite lifestyles ultimately wouldn’t be able to fold into one another.
Megan noted that the experiment was making her reflect on things much larger than their relationship:
I mean, maybe I’m just not cut out to be a stepmom. Honestly, this has me questioning if I’m even cut out to be a mom.
In a tearful confessional with the cameras, Megan explained she still had feelings for Jordan, but knew she had to cut things off. “I don’t know, maybe I am too caught up in my own life. All I wanted coming into this experiment was to find love and to find my partner. I will love Jordan always—but he’s not my partner,” she said.
