Here's Who You Should Fear on The Traitors Season 4

Another season of backstabbing and treachery is coming to TV screens near you very soon. It’s officially been confirmed that The Traitors Season 4 is coming back to Peacock, along with a Season 5 to follow shortly thereafter.

Fans were excited to see how varied the cast was for Season 4 of the reality TV competition. While host Alan Cumming returns to his post as the cheeky narrator of the game, the participants hail from all different kinds of backgrounds. Among them are Survivor and Big Brother alum, as might be expected, but also additions like actors, musicians, and former Olympians. So who’s likely to be the fiercest competition in the upcoming season?

Colton Underwood Said He’s “Scared” Of The Housewives

In an interview posted by Us Weekly, Bachelor alum Colton Underwood spoke about his experience playing Season 4 of The Traitors—including all his fears going into the game. Colton was candid in sharing that, when he initially joined the cast of the show, he was particularly wary of a certain circle of players.

That is, Colton explained he was terrified of the Real Housewives. He went on to elaborate on how their TV experience and fierceness made him afraid to go up against them:

I remember when I first was getting ready to do it, I said to my husband, ‘I’m too old to be fighting with Housewives on TV. I’m scared of them. They’re a different breed. I don’t know what to do.’ And he’s like, ‘It’s fine, you’ve got this.’ And it was. It is the most epic season. It was so much fun.

The Housewives participating in Season 4 of the show include Candiace Dillard Bassett (The Real Housewives of Potomac), Dorinda Medley (The Real Housewives of New York City), Lisa Rinna (The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills), Porsha Williams (The Real Housewives of Atlanta), Caroline Stanbury (The Real Housewives of Dubai).

Colton Sought Out A Traitors Alum For Advice

Though there isn’t really a way to train for The Traitors ahead of time (as cast members don’t know if they’ll be selected as a traitor or a faithful), Colton explained that he tried to get into the strategic gameplay mindset as much as possible before heading to Scotland.

In the aforementioned interview, Colton admitted that he did reach out to another reality TV star who had been on the show before. In fact, he spoke with someone else from the Bachelor universe for his advice:

I actually did call one person — Arie. You’ll have to watch to find out [what he told me]. I definitely used it a little bit.

Viewers of the Season 1 of The Traitors will recall that Arie had a pivotal role in the game. While he started out as a faithful, he was recruited into being a traitor later in the season.

While Arie thought he was headed towards splitting the prize money with the other traitors, at the last moment, he was backstabbed by Survivor alum Cirie, and he wound up self-exiting the game in the final round.

While The Traitors doesn’t have an official air date for Season 4 yet, it is rumored to be sometime in early 2026. Episodes will be available exclusively on Peacock.
