Hilaria Baldwin recently unveiled the secret to her well-toned physique.
On Monday, December 1, Baldwin, 41, took to Instagram to demonstrate a simple workout routine that can easily be done at home.
Addressing her audience, she explained, “You know the exercise I do on my knees, where I rise and lower? People often parody it because of how it looks, but I actually picked it up from a barre class. I love it, and today I’ll show you how it’s done.”
The former Dancing With the Stars contestant then demonstrated by kneeling on a rug, positioning her “toes together and knees slightly wider than hip-distance apart.”
“If this is too hard, do it in a wider stance,” Baldwin advised her followers. “And then you’re gonna start to lower and lift,” she said as she squatted down and back up.
“I’m using a little bit of resistance,” she noted. “I’m not just collapsing down. I’m squeezing in through my pelvic floor and then at the very top I’m gonna tuck my tailbone under, squeeze my glutes and I’m gonna do a crunch.” Baldwin shared that the move not only works out her legs, but it’s also “an ab exercise.”
“This also gets your cardio up,” Baldwin continued. “If you want more, you can bring your arms up like a jumping jack.” She also shared another movie that works out the abs even more by bringing your elbows together and crunching.

Baldwin joked that if people are going to do the move and still “make fun of it, at least you’re working out.”

“I tried this yesterday from your video and it works. Definitely adding to my routine. ❤️❤️❤️👏👏👏,” one follower wrote, while another added, “I personally love that you share all of this! I actually do many of the exercises that you share, but your little tweaks have helped me even more🤍.” A third commented, “One of my favorite exercises. Thank you, Hilaria. You look great!!”
Even while working out, Baldwin made sure to look chic. She wore shiny black leggings, as well as a white plunging tank top that exposed her cleavage. She added a touch of sparkle to her ensemble with a diamond cross necklace and silver hoop earrings.
For glam, Baldwin stunned with a full beat, including dewy foundation, filled-in eyebrows, long lashes, pink eyeshadow and lined lips. Her brunette hair was parted to the side and styled in voluminous waves.
Baldwin previously shared another workout routine on Sunday, November 30, via Instagram.
In the clip, she held two five-pound dumbbells in her hands and pulled her arms up towards her shoulders. “As you get stronger, you can start to bring them lower and lower,” Baldwin explained, noting the larger range of motion builds more muscle.
