In the wake of Tyler Hilton’s recent separation news, Hilarie Burton revisited “One Tree Hill” memories with a nostalgic yet pointed Instagram post.
On Saturday, Burton shared a snapshot on her Instagram Stories, featuring her iconic character Peyton Sawyer clad in a cheerleader outfit, sporting a playful grin.
This image harks back to a memorable moment from the show’s third season when Peyton gave Chris Keller, portrayed by Hilton, a slap for his advances towards Haley James, a character brought to life by Bethany Joy Lenz.
Accompanying the image, Burton left a cryptic caption: “IYKYK 🤮.”
While she didn’t elaborate further, her post arrives just a day after Hilton, 42, revealed his split from Megan Park, 39, following ten years of marriage.
“A life update: I’ve never been super comfortable sharing personal information about our family life, but I’ve seen enough speculation online that I thought warranted clarity,” he shared via Instagram on Friday.
“Some time ago, Megan and I decided to end our marriage. We continue to make the kids and co-parenting the priority,” he continued.
The actor concluded the announcement by thanking fans for “continuing to respect our privacy.”
Park has yet to publicly address the split. The former couple shares daughter Winnie, 6, and son Benny, whom they welcomed in 2024. The duo met on the set of 2007’s “Charlie Bartlett” and tied the knot in 2015.
Split speculation began months ago — the duo seemingly stopped wearing their wedding rings in late 2025, according to Us Weekly and unfollowed each other on social media.
Meanwhile, Burton and Sophia Bush, who also starred in the show, appeared to also have unfollowed Park.
A rep for Burton did not immediately return Page Six’s request for comment.
Hilton previously shared how he formed lasting bonds with cast members from the hit show, on which he appeared from 2004 to 2012.
“It’s really rare in this business to stay in touch with people as much as we’ve stayed in touch,” he told Page Six back in 2018.
“I think it’s because we met at such a young age, we have this closeness, we were like college friends,” Hilton continued. “They’re essentially my college group of friends, and seeing them is really fun.”
He added, “When I went on the show, I never heard of ‘One Tree Hill,’ and I was like, ‘What is this show?’ When I left, I was like, ‘I want to be on this show, I love these people.’”
