Holly Madison is keeping her followers in suspense regarding her romantic endeavors.
“I’m keeping things enigmatic for now,” Madison, 46, exclusively revealed to Us Weekly while discussing the second season of Lethally Blonde, a true crime series she hosts and produces. The show delves into the perilous crossroads of allure, ambition, and deceit.
These days, Madison is taking a more deliberate approach to romance, aiming to carefully select the right person to let into her life. “I’m going slow and really getting to know someone before making anything official, given some of my previous choices were quite questionable. I’m determined to make a wise decision this time,” she shared with Us.
Although the former Girls Next Door star is keeping some aspects of her private life under wraps, she isn’t shying away from addressing at least one circulating rumor. Recently, speculation has linked her to notable Las Vegas attorney Steve Dimopoulos.
“Oh, my God, you know what’s so funny is like, in a perfect world, I would love to date somebody for, like, a year before anybody in the outside world knows about it, because I’ve had some very questionable romantic choices,” she said in response to the rumors.
“I think my ex planted that,” the “You Wish” podcast host speculated to Us, not dropping any names. “I’m like, they kind of, like, use it as an excuse that I posted this guy, but when I posted a picture of this guy, it was a very, like, platonic photo, and, like, I have a ton of guy friends I post and tag all the time, so I don’t buy it that anybody picked it up, and it was a delayed reaction from that post.”

Madison and Dimopoulos were spotted at the T-Mobile Arena for a Vegas Golden Knights game in mid-May.
Widely known for her relationship with late Playboy founder Hugh Hefner from 2001 to 2008, Madison has since gone public with new connections over the years. She was last linked to Ghost Adventures’ Zak Bagans, but it was confirmed the pair had officially broken up after six years of dating in May 2025.
The Down the Rabbit Hole author is also a proud mom of two to daughter Rainbow, 13, and son Forest, 9, with her ex-husband, Pasquale Rotella. They wed in September 2013 and finalized their divorce in February 2019.
Madison told Us she’s protecting her heart while navigating the dating scene, admitting, “I second-guess myself.”
As for the project she has been working on, Lethally Blonde fans can look forward to eight new episodes. Madison teased, “I’m just really excited for people to see it. I think the stories are so varied and so interesting, and I think it’s the best season yet, definitely.”
Lethally Blonde premieres on Monday, June 1, at 10 p.m. ET on Investigation Discovery, with episodes available to stream on HBO Max.
