Gia, 24, shared this milestone with her fans via social media. Her move-in day was a family affair, with her mother, Teresa Giudice from Real Housewives of New Jersey, her stepfather Luis Ruelas, and her boyfriend Christian Carmichael by her side. Gia gave her followers a glimpse into her new home, highlighting its spectacular views and several of its rooms.
In an Instagram Story post dated November 4, Gia captured a picturesque sunset, captioning it, “First of many sunsets,” and included a sweet appearance by her dog, Bella.
Gia’s transition was made smoother with assistance from Roadway Moving, and she received additional support from Teresa and Luis during the process.

As she got help from Roadway Moving, Gia was also supported by Teresa and Luis.
“Happy move in day!!!” she declared in the caption of a pic of her mom.

Christian also joined in on the festivities, enjoying a group meal as Gia’s belongings found their places in her new abode.
In her kitchen, the group was seen standing around a large island. And in her bedroom, a walk-in closet was seen, and a large pile of clothes was spotted on her bed.

During an October interview on SiriusXM’s The Julia Cunningham Show, Gia confirmed she would be “moving out” of her parents’ $3.3 million home and into her new place in Jersey City “in two weeks.”
“I am really excited, and listen, I love home. I love home … [But I’m] just kind of going through the different changes in life and growing,” she explained. “It’s kind of just giving me that security of, ‘Okay, this is my space, and Okay, they’re not gonna, I’m not gonna be at their beck and call all the time because I’m not gonna be home.’ And not even in a selfish way, it’s just, I’m excited to have this time for me.”
Gia also spoke of her move in September during an interview with Us Weekly.
“I’m excited to really have this alone time and be independent and just have this whole different perspective of, like, going to work and commuting. I’m so excited for that,” she confirmed.
No word yet on a premiere date for Next Gen NYC season two.
