Jaime King is facing another chapter of marital separation.

According to TMZ, King’s husband, Austin Sosa, has filed for divorce. The couple reportedly wed in a private ceremony that was never publicly announced, despite their engagement being the subject of widespread media attention for several months.

This development follows sightings of the 46-year-old actress in Los Angeles, appearing close to hotelier Vikram Chatwal.

In July 2025, Page Six confirmed that King and Sosa, an investment banker, had become engaged. However, the exact date of their marriage remains undisclosed.

When King, known for her role in “White Chicks,” was seen with a diamond ring on her left hand, her representative shared, “Jaime is excited about this joyful new chapter with her engagement to Austin Sosa. She is particularly pleased to share this moment with her children, who have a loving connection with Austin and his family.”

The rep added, “Her sons remain her top priority, and she kindly asks for privacy as they move forward together with love and gratitude.”

Page Six reached out to a representative for King but did not immediately hear back.

King shares two sons, James, 12, and Leo, 10, with her ex-husband, Kyle Newman, whom she married in November 2007. Leo is the godson of music superstar Taylor Swift.

The “Sin City” star filed for divorce in May 2020, leading to contentious proceedings. After she accused the filmmaker of abuse, he denied her allegations and claimed she was a “chronic drug addict and alcoholic” and accused King of being “strung out” and “drunk” while their kids were in her care.

They settled their split in September 2023. A month later, the actress lost physical custody of the boys after failing to complete a drug and alcohol rehab program; however, she was given supervised visitation rights.
